This small hotel finished renovation works recently. This is one of the comfortable hotels to stay for both business and leisure travelers due to the friendly and warm services. (01/09 YT) The hotel is a nine storey, grey building. This is very stylish with glass panels on the surface. There is a signboard of the hotel name in English on top of the building. The hotel is located in the centre of Sapporo, near Nakajima Park, less than 10 minuets walk from Susukino district. It takes 10 minuets by car from JR Sapporo Station or 5 minuets walk from a subway station, Nakajima Park. Many of tourist attractions can be accessed easily by public transportation or on foot. From New Chitose Airport, take express train to Sapporo Station. It is approximately 40 minuets journey.

- All rooms are medium in size with fine furnishings and decor. The bathroom is also kept in good condition and toilet is separated from the bathroom space.

- The only one restaurant space on the basement flooris used as a breakfast room in the morning. During lunch time on weekdays, the space is converted into Japanese noodle "udon" shop.
