Best Buffet breakfast going, real
Best Buffet breakfast going, real sunny side up, and thick toast. All very good. Excellent location, Motomarchi, Odori, and Susukino all an easy walk. Airport bus directly across the road. Absoluetly recommend. Vending machines, no beer, unusual for Japan. Good English spoken, all very helpful.

Business travellers delight!
Great small hotel. Close to shopping, restaurants, subway and tourist sites. probably dollar for dollar (yen for yen) the best value in Sapporo. Only complaint was that the room was very small but we were in Sapporo for our sons wedding and he also stays in the New SunRoute and he lived in Japan for 2 years. English at the front desk was a bit weak but far better than my Japanese. We would stay there again. Great dining all around the area so only had coffee from the hotel amenities. Free internet connection in the room and 2 computers in the lobby at no charge as well for patrons. Pants press, blow dryer, fridge in every room and lovely bathroom. We will be back.
