Airport Limousine Shuttle from hotel entrance to Kansai Intl Airport and vice versa every 20-30 minutes from 6 am to 10 pm.
Major city attractions such as Osaka Castle, Puppet Theatre, Shitennoji Temple nearby. Easy access to Nara, the ancient capital by train from hotel basement level in 30 minutes.

Great Hotel
For the price I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Super clean and convenient to get to by what they call a "limousine bus" which is a shuttle from Kansai airport for about $18. It's short walk to Osaka Castle and they have a department store next door. Highly recommended.

There is a restaurant in the basement area that has an awesome menu of "Matsuzaka beef". The most tender, melt in your mouth beef you will ever have. It is quite expensive but well worth trying.

Fun in Japan
Great hotel, great location!!
We loved staying at the Osaka Miyako Sheraton!! The location was convenient to alot of the major sites in Osaka. The price was great! The only problem we encountered was of course the language barrier. The concierge helped us out the best that they could. The dining areas at the hotel were very pricey so we ate out during our stay. The shuttle limo bus was a great way to get to and from the airport. We were traveling with our elderly parents so this helped us immensely!

The infamous 100-yen store is right across the street in the Hi-Hi building. We went there several times during our stay!

Good location in terms of access
Good location in terms of access to the Airport Limousine buses. Free internet comes in handy. Overall, the hotel looks quite worn and tired though.

Great service and exceptional
Great service and exceptional value for money. The room was too warm and the air conditioner did not work but we were provided with a fan. Next to trains, subway and airport bus interchange so that was very convenient. Local shops too for food, dinner, shopping etc. Great breakfast.

Good location, next to a great
Good location, next to a great department store and train station plus Limousine bus direct to kansai airport. Expensive to use the swimming pool. But it is a beautiful pool.

Great location close to metro
Great location close to metro and JR train lines. Airport luxury coach stops at the hotel so transfer is very easy to and from the airport. Swimming and fitness facilities are all at an extra charge and not included in the room fee - very expensive to use.

Great layover stay
I mostly stayed in, as I'd just traveled 27 hours and needed the rest. The room was spacious, clean and pleasant, and also quite large for Japan. The staff were helpful. Despite being next to a train station, the windows were well soundproofed.

The Chinese restaurant is great food and very reasonably priced, but much of the staff don't speak English, so remember to point at your choice in the menu and use the Japanese symbol for check please (or bring your guidebook).
