Due to convenient location to access transportation, it is about 30 min to Kyoto and Kobe by Train, even to Tokyo about two hours and 50 min, and to Hiroshima about 90 min by Shinkansen

Only to Sleep in....
The hotel location was great, but the room was so small, even for us, (I am 4 ft 10 inches & hubby is 5 ft 7 inches). We stayed in a double room, but since there was no closet or place to put our suitcase, it made the room even more crowded. I can't comment on any other room, but this was definitely the smallest room we have ever been in Japan..Definitely would not recommend this hotel to any couple traveling with more than one small suitcase/backpack.

Yoshinoyas is a fast food Japanese restaurant, good Japanese breakfast for about 600 yen - rice, pickles, soup, Salmon, and natto (fermented soy beans) with hot tea. Or you can eat their Teriyaki beef or chicken bowl for about the same price. Delicious!

The hotel was very close to a major station JR line and subway. The staff are helpful, English is not so good, but they do understand Or the get someone who does which is very helpful. The hotel is very clean and nice place to stay. The trains are a different matter, research if u need JR pass or subway pass there are different kinds. Not much night life in Shin Osaka, but if you get off one stop before Shin Osaka M14 there are lots of bars and restaurants. Great hotel pity it didn't have japan spa or hot spring

Super convenient - that's about it
It's next to the train station so that's great for foreigners. Good if you need to jet out to Kansai airport. The hotel itself seemed clean enough, but it shouldn't have the word "new" in the name... it's old and rooms are tiny. It feels like a business man's Japanese hotel. They gave a free drink which was nice (you need it to relax in the atmosphere). Staff was friendly enough, but the hotel policies are strict. Don't expect to be let into your room before 3pm, and get out promptly!

This is quite an old hotel & the rooms are very small. However, I think location-wise, this is the best hotel u can find in the area. Though the hotel staff are not too proficient in English, they still try their best to help us out in our queries. They are also very friendly.

It's in a terrific location, being
It's in a terrific location, being exactly one minute away (on foot!) to Shin-Osaka, one of the main train stations; an excellent base to access all the sights that Osaka has to offer. The staff were very friendly, and did their utmost to make us welcome. Also, the window in the room opens to allow fresh air to circulate the area - an excellent feature! The room itself is quite substantial (we didn't really spend much time in the room, anyway- too much to see outside!), and was actually bigger than I'd expected. It offered a double-bed, desk and chair, and side table, with a water boiler (version of a kettle). The bathroom was small, but servicable. Overall, this hotel offered very good value for money, and I would certainly choose to stay there again in future.

Very conveniently located just
Very conveniently located just outside a subway train station and only 5mins walk to Shin-Osaka main station. Room is small but still reasonable for 2 adults on a semi-double room. Free internet access in room. Staff speaks reasonable good english.

Hotel tres proche de la gare Shin-Osaka
Hotel tres proche de la gare Shin-Osaka et facile a trouver. Par contre, il est assez vieillot, et les meubles sont de piètre qualité (notamment chaise bancale!).
