- The rooms are vary in size and are all in excellent condition and comfortably equipped. They are tastefully delectatable in a classic European style and offer warm atmosphere. Various sized bathrooms and luxurious beds are offered.

Overall a very good experience.
Overall a very good experience. Very helpful in arranging a long distance booking and late checkin. Room and bathroom were clean, but failed to make 'Very good' due to the ageing carpet. Facilities were fine. Only real gripe was that the air conditioning wasn't working so our room temperature was stuck at 27 degrees and not resolved during our 1 week stay. Some staff could speak English.

Convenient place to stay
This hotel is very convenient if you are planning on flying out of Kansai airport, you just walk across the concourse to check in for your flight. The rooms are nice in size for Japan but there is not much to do outside of a place to sleep and eat. There is a pool but the charge is $15 to use it.

location ดีมาก สะดวก เพราะใกล้สถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน Namba Station ซึ่งเป็นสถานีใหญ่ อยู่กลางย่านshopping และร้านอาหารรายล้อมเต็มไปหมด แต่แปลกที่ในโรงแรมสงบดีมาก ข้อเสียที่แย่มากเลยคือ lobby และ elevator เหม็นบุหรี่มาก แนะนำให้เลือก non-smoking floor.......
