Great location! Close to shopping and the sights in Osaka. Room was very small and the bed was quite firm (typical for Japan)!

great location is the highlight
great location is the highlight of this hotel. right on shinsaibashi shopping arcade and close to subway. great pricing and excellent to have bfast included as it can be hard to find something open in the morning even in this busy area. we kept coming back to this hotel as a base as it is so central and well priced.

The Hotel was located right in
The Hotel was located right in the centre of Shinsaibashini shopping stretch which was really good also close to the subway - however I would double check how to get there before you try it. The rooms were quite small but very modern. The breakfast was convenient.

The staff were helpful and the location was great. The room was clean. Downside - Only one room card per room which can be hard with two espically as it does the lights, luckly any magnetic card will keep the lights on.

這間酒店非常好~ 房間新淨,清潔整齊,面積雖然不大,但五臟俱存,最貼心的,就是房內設有一部足底按摩機,每天逛到累了,可用按摩機舒援腳部疲勞,是一件十分好的事! 3月份的大阪,天氣仍然很冷,房內有冷氣及暖氣可供選擇,並有提供風筒,睡衣,拖鞋,電熱水壼,而洗手間內提供的洗手液,沐浴露,洗頭水,護髮素等等的質量都很好,不需另外再購買,另外還提供了浸浴用的入浴劑,非常方便.(缺點是沒有提供浴帽,如有就100分了). 酒店地點十分好,位於心齋穚筋商店街附近,要逛街及吃東西,非常方便,距離地鐵站也很近.酒 的斜對面,有一間郵局,東急百貨亦在酒店附近,位置優越. 酒店職員非常親切友善,每次出出入入,都會跟住客打招呼,而且他們的英語也不錯,溝通沒問題. 我好喜歡這間酒店,下次若再到大阪旅行,我都會選擇這間酒店.

Nice hotel for group of two, not
Nice hotel for group of two, not good for family with kids as the bed is very small. Convenient in location as it is just beside the Shinsaibashi Suji. Breakfast is ok.
