- The rooms in the hotel are very reasonable. All rooms are clean and have all of the latest amenities. All rooms have a private bath. They also have refrigerators, along with cable television.

The food was very good, room was clean but it wasn't the best location especially for JR Pass Holders. And the rooms only had LAN internet connection--not good for netbooks.

A comfortable hotel. Easy to get
A comfortable hotel. Easy to get from Umeda, Osaka. Food outlets nearby and easily accessible. Best direction to Hotel if arriving by Shinkansen, gets off at Shin Osaka take the local train to Umeda(osaka Station) change to Hankyu Line for Juso-West Exit. Is about 15 minutes walk to Hotel. Internet service available at ground floor level ask reception for Lan Cable

Kein Internetzugang auf dem Zimmer, Zimmer für japanische Verhältnisse gross, (Rezeptions-) Personal spricht mässig englisch, weder wirklich freundlich noch hilfsbereit.
