No WiFi
Overall, it is a very good hotel. You can't beat the location which is a walking distance to the check in counters. However, they have no WiFi! I was planning to do some work using my computer, but was not able to. To be fair, they DO have Internet access via cable, but alas, I have iPad...

An excellent hotel with spacious

I was very happy with the service
I was very happy with the service at this hotel. The staff went out of their way to be helpful when I encountered difficulties making a web check-in for my flight the following day. This was greatly appreciated.

Location-location
When we checked in because our room was not ready, they upgraded us to a better location higher up. Did not eat in hotel, but the entire airport was at our disposal. Did not need to take a shuttle bus. The JR rail line goes directly into airport which accepts your rail passes. The hotel has all the amenities that being in the airport offers to the traveler. It is beautiful and spacious. Coming in off a cruise we had colds and needed to rest for a few hours and the location let us do that with out a lot of wasted time.

The Hotel accomodations were first
The Hotel accomodations were first class. Everything was perfect and the staff upgraded my room to include more ammenities wihout me asking and no additional costs. The staff was very patient with my basic speaking of Japanese and they provided staff that spoke excellent English. Overall, an excellent experience.

Location was very convenient as
Location was very convenient as I was set for an early travel the next day. It was connected to the airport so i was able to take my time. Plus, the airport carts were already available in the hotel so you'll have no problem carrying your luggages. Their buffet breakfast was good but there was not that much variety. Dinners are more expensive than lunches, which is very common in Japanese restos. The rooms were very spacious and clean so your luggage will have enough room. Should I have another early flight, I would book here again. I just wish though, that they would have more promo plans as rooms are quite expensive.
