Windows can be opened to let in a fresh air. Jogging path near by.The hotel is 18 story building and has a 4 story atrium lobby bathed in natural sunlights. Easy access to Kyoto, Nara in 40 minutes and Himeji in 1.2hours, popular for World Heritage sites.
The hotel is located in heart of Osaka just next to historic Osaka Castle. From Kansai Intl Airport will take 60 minutes by taxi and 70 minutes limousine bus. From Itami Airport will take 40 minutes by taxi. From Shin-Osaka Station will take approx. 30 minutes

Inspirational view of the castle and park! We biked early in the morning around the castle and were absolutely awed by the size of the moat and surrounding walls. This has to be the best possible location in Osaka.

New Otani Hotel in Osaka
The New Otani is obviously a 4-Star hotel; it is large and spacious with all the modern amenities. The food at the various restaurants was superb, especially their Tenpanyaki with Kobe beef & lobster, as well as the smaller restaurant called Mikan with great service and food.

How to feel really pampered
We were in Osaka for a family wedding, but also to do some site-seeing. The hotel is very close to the train station and provided us with ease of travel. The staff at the hotel were extremely professional and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The restaurant was convenient and reasonably priced, as were the shops within the hotel complex.

Across the street were numerous dining establishments with varying price ranges - from McDonald's and Starbucks to traditional Japanese cuisine. An ATM was also across the road in the post office.

The view of the Osaka Castle from our room was spectacular! The arrangements for travel was taken care of efficiently and at the lowest possible cost. So much can be seen by walking.

ドリンクサービスが付いているとのことでしたが 口頭での案内のみで具体的な説明がなく（場所とかいつ利用できるのか等） 結局２日間とも家族全員利用せず、何か損をした気持ちでした。 せっかくのサービスでしたらもっと積極的におすすめして欲しかった。残念
