The guest rooms are designed to make you feel as if you are in the study of a British stately home, sparking off feelings of nostalgia in the midst of the modern city surroundings. Complimentary internet access is available (both LAN and WIFI) as well as air purifiers/humidifiers in all guest rooms. Baby cot is also available at a cost (on request base) for the use in Single and Twin Rooms.

Hotel was clean, conveniently
Hotel was clean, conveniently located near a station and very close to the popular site of Dotonbouri in Osaka. Staff was very helpful when we had queries and would not hesitate to help us out in attempting to book restaurants for dinner etc or when we had other queries. Room was bigger than some other hotels i have stayed at in Japan which is an added bonus and facilities included was of a high standard. I would recommend this hotel and stay again when back in Osaka.

tis hotel is pretty new....all
tis hotel is pretty new....all interior is nicely decorated with sweet color tone....make a very pleasant stay for us...hotel staff is great and speak good english! thumb up!

Very nice clean hotel right next
Very nice clean hotel right next to train station. Only stayed 1 night with my girlfriend. Staff very professional and helpful. Smallish rooms but very comfortable. Would stay again

Fantastic hotel, great assistance
Fantastic hotel, great assistance from the front desk when booking in. Only problem was they did not know we were coming and had none of the rooms left that we selected. Since we booked at Kansai Airport, we could not print the details of our booking and we had a delay of over an hour while the staff sorted it out. Better communication between the hotel and Rates to Go. This was a last minute booking that did not work as well as it should have.

location is not bad, tho u need
location is not bad, tho u need to change a few times to get to Namba station. Hotel is new and room is quite good. The only downside really is our room smells of smoke

Good location for price
Walking distance to lots of dining and shopping areas. Situated on top of the JR Namba subway station, so transportation is not a problem. Building next store is the bus terminal that shuttles to the 2 International Airports in Osaka. Hotel room was good size, modern and clean.

Excellent hotel accomodations. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Accomodates to holding baggage after check-out. Beautiful view and excellent location with easy access to Namba Walk and underground shopping and trains. Large super market in basement.

Excellent Hotel
Hotel was at an excellent location for our purposes. Close to dinning and entertainment areas along the river. Very convenient to the subway that we took for the Bullet Train terminal. The lobby is on the 22nd floor and all the rooms were higher so you can get some really good views. Did not eat at the hotel so no opinion there. Room was very nice, pillows were a little hard but the bed was comfortable. The fact that the room was good and we could walk to all of our destinations made this a great stay and we would definitely return.
