Easy access to public transportation.
Front desk is opened for 24hours. Front staff are contactable anytime.

good location, cheap
Cheap hotel in an excellent location, just in front of a subway station. Walking distance from Namba city an many different restaurants. The room was small, barely any space besides the bed, so if you are traveling with many suitcases it may not be a good option. Fortunately is not in front of a big street because I could hear the laughter of the people on the street in my room in the 3th floor. It will not make an impression but it serves its purpose.

Located very close to Shinsaibashi station and the major shopping/dining district. Bathroom actually had an exhaust fan! (most 3 star hotels in Japan don't). Tiny room, which is typical.

Small rooms by Western standards but totally functional (we only used the room for sleeping). Fantastic location - close to Shinsaibashi shopping mall and Dotonburi. Staff can speak some English and are very helpful

Me and my husband had a great
Me and my husband had a great time at Hearton Hotel Shinsaibashi. Shopping,food and the Shinsaibashi Station are just few minutes away by foot. Saved us a lot in taxi money. The Hotel is also near Tokyo Hands! It's my favorite place in the area. The best bonus of our stay? free internet!

Very convenient location and walk
Very convenient location and walk to everywhere expecially shinshibashi shopping area. Close to Namba station too. Will chose this hotel again next time

This hotel could not be faulted.
This hotel could not be faulted. Their staff went far beyond expectations when their was need for medical intervention. It is located just off the main shopping street hence easy access to many of the main locations for tourists in Osaka and surrounding areas. Airport bus terminal is a long walk but a modest taxi ride. Subway is handy.

This is in a great location, shopping,
This is in a great location, shopping, food and close to train station exit 7. But as with most Japanese hotel the rooms are small as is the bathroom. We would definitely stay again and can rcommend.
