I was in a room on the club level that was of a similar size to what you would expect in a good American hotel. It was clean and the bathroom was impeccable. The staff couldn't do enough for you. I needed to see a dentist and within minutes of
asking a bellhop I had a choice of two appointments on that same day. The dinning/entertainment district adjacent to the hotels have great restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Due to the heavy traffic from Kyoto back to hotel,
I was late for the check out time.
I knew that it was my fault.
But without any phone call to me, they took my personal things out of my room.
I was mad about it.
By Japan standards the room was big. The bathroom was much bigger than all the other hotels that we stayed at during our trip. And the view was gorgeous! The train station is next door so it was very convenient. And there was a shopping center
with many restaurants across the street which was an added plus. We would stay here again.
