Great Staff and Very Clean
I found the staff at the Nahana to be most helpful and always polite. They posted my mail for me and were always ready to answer questions. Some of them were fluent in English. The cleaning doesn't get any better. The bedding, toothpaste, toothbrush and razor were replaced daily. The bathroom is equipped with a bidet and a nice deep and wide bath. It only takes about 10 minutes to walk to Kokusai Street, and the Nahana is close to the Naha Bus Terminal and Asahabashi Monorail Station. There's nothing to really complain about. I'd definitely stay here again.

The bus tours save a lot of time and are fairly economical. Okinawa is pretty big.

Excellent experience
The room was wonderfully comfortable, the staff - especially the front desk -- was very good and patient in communication with we non-Japanese speakers, and the food was excellent. The morning coffee on the buffet breakfast was delicious. Our special dinner in Ren (top floor bar restaurant) was perfect and the decor is exquisite. We would be happy to stay at this hotel again if we ever get back to Naha.

Nice place for everything!
The hotel staff is gentile, all the time available to help you. I forgot my camera at the lounge and they returned me back fast! The local is 5-minutes for monorail (12 minutes to airport) and Kokusai Street, where you can find best places to eat and buy.

Great hotel, very friendly and
Great hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was plentiful and good and the front desk gave us coupons for discounts. We were booked for four nights but arrived late due to the earthquake and tsunami. The hotel waived the cancellation fee for the first night and upgraded us to an excellent, large room, but Bookings.com just sent us a note thanking us for our (new?) reservation for three nights. It might just be a confirmation but it's ambiguous and they have been very slow in responding to my request to confirm that I'm not being charged twice for the same reservation. In the world of instant reservations, days of delays for clarification is unacceptable. So, Okinawa Hahana Hotel & Spa is great, but Hotels.com isn't. PS - If you use the (free) washer/dryer at the hotel, note that the dryer shuts off after 15 minutes so you have to keep restarting it.

First trip to Okinawa
I stayed at the, Okinawa Nahana Hotel and Spa, hotel room. I visited between May 13th to May 26th 2010. However, despite the rainy season, I went out and explored a lot of the island. It is always nice to have a buddy with you. If I had to choose one thing to make my stay more enjoyable, I would have to say that the hotel should have offered FREE breakfast and not charge you for it. This was my first time out of the States so I had a pretty great time.

Good Hotel except at night
Ok in all respects Except they turn off the air conditioning at night! The room gets stuffy and warm and sleeping becomes uncomfortable.

Okinawa Nahana Hotel & Spa
This was our first visit to Okinawa. We found the staff very accommodating and friendly. The hotel and the room was very clean. The hotel is located close to the monorail station, in walking distance. Also Fukushen Garden is in walking distance. The Shikinaen Royal Garden is closed on Wednesdays.. It was a bit long, but we managed to walk to the Shurijo. It was nice to have WiFi in the lobby and a daily newspaper in Engligh. I enjoyed the food. It rained, but I would like to go back for a longer period

Okinawa is known for their health foods. I took interest in the many ways kurosato was used in their snacks and meals.

Nahana Hotel in Naha Okinawa
The best feature of the hotel is the staff...the front desk people are more than friendly. They are eager to please and go out of their way...for example...each person goes out to give directions to cab drivers. They also are ready and willing to steer us to good eating places...they know the area and the kinds of restaraunts in the city.
