Dependable short-stay hotel
Armadillo Aug 14, 2009
This was our second stay at the Radisson. As before, the service was superb. It is probably not very comfortable if you ... intend to spend much time in the room, which is small, but the shuttle service was great, the staff was great, and I enjoyed the free shuttle into Narita downtown and the mall and pickup. Dependable, clean, fine for a short stay at a good price. The free internet service was good.

The hotel is in a somewhat isolated location. There is only a small eatery (rahmen shop) and probably a small convenient store in walking distance from the hotel. We arrived late and ate in the hotel.

Make sure you bring cash. The hotel has no ATM and ticket purchases at the hotel must be in cash. They have a currency exchange service, but no way to get cash from a card.

ross gellar Aug 12, 2009
i only stayed at this hotel for a night because i had to catch a plane to korea the next morning, but i guess it lives up to ... what it is...the radisson. The room had a lot of amenities and it was pretty clean. didnt use the gym or the pool, but it looked really nice. there was a ping pong table and a portable basketball hoop by the pool too.

Radisson Narita
Japan Fan Jul 30, 2009
We only used the hotel for our first night in Japan. The hotel was inviting, and the staff were courteous and professional. ... We enjoyed the food in the California Restaurant. This hotel is farther away from the airport than the other airport hotels I know (such as Nikko, Excel Tokyu, Hilton).

Very satisfactory for brief stay
Armadillo Jul 28, 2009
This was my first stay in Japan. I was expecting the rooms to be small, and they were. They were very clean and the bathrooms ... were just fine. The big pluses for me were: 1. for the most part, the staff was VERY helpful in ensuring we were on the right bus and furnishing maps and info for an excursion into Tokyo, 2. They have free, clean, comfortable buses to and from the airport, to and from Narita, and the hotel is a stop for a hiway bus to and from Tokyo Train Station. CONS: the restaurant is VERY expensive. Cannot critique their food because we chose to eat snacks in the room to save costs.

Great Property.
Buddy Jun 21, 2009
We needed a good place for one night. The Radisson Hotel Narita proved to be just that. The van used that night was a 9 or 10 ... passenger instead of the full sized coaches they have parked at the property. It was full, but the driver was courteous and drove safely. Ironically, the next morning we were on a full coach with over 50 seats with only 4 people going to the airport! The van ride to/from the airport was nearly 30 minutes, not exactly what we were expecting from an "Airport" hotel, but any mis-feelings we had disappeared when we got to the hotel. The property itself was very nice. We wish we had more time to explore the grounds that were beautifully landscaped. Looks like a great place to walk around outside. The restaurant had excellent choices at reasonable prices and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The room was very nicely appointed and QUIET! We will stay here again gladly.
