Airport Hotel

Even tho it's a nice hotel I suggest to stay somewhere else. I had to wait hours to get my room, bell boys annoyed me looking forward to get tips, the curtains didn't cover the sunlight completely and there is no food in the restaurant late in the night just drinks and everyone in the bar was asking for food. I don't know about other hotels in the area but for me the hotel is Far from the airport and there are only trees around. there is absolutely nothing within walking distance.

Great Hotel, Bad Location

There's nothing within 50 miles of this hotel, so unless you really need to stay near the airport, try something closer to Tokyo proper.

Beautiful Property

This is a beautiful property. I stayed here twice during my trip. I spent the first night I arrived in Japan and my last two nights in the country. The staff spoke good English. The hotel provides a free airport shuttle as well as a free shuttle to the Narita station and local shopping mall. The restaurant was a bit expensive, but if if you order off the menu instead of partaking in the buffet, the cost is more reasonable. This hotel is about an hour and a half by bus from Tokyo so it is not very convenient for Tokyo sightseeing. However, it is close to the airport, in a quiet location with well kept grounds and very nice rooms. My main complaint is no in room wifi. Though there was free wifi available in the lobby area.

Served the purpose well.

This was a convenient hotel and served the purpose of the one night layover well. Breakfast was good. I had a business class room which was quite small. Bathroom was very utilitarian (but the heated toilets seats was an interesting surprise). The only minor negatives were that the hairdryer could use an upgrade and there was no wireless interest in the rooms.

Great launching spot

We stayed here before and after a dive trip. It's close to the airport (free shuttles run frequently) and easy to get to Tokyo from. The staff was very helpful with large luggage pieces. The room was a bit too warm, but the windows do open. It was easy to walk to eating places in the evening, and there was a bus to the local mall and downtown Narita (agaiin, free). Loved the heated toilet seat!

NRT Convenience

Arrived NRT too late to catch the bus for Ashikaga, so we stayed here for the night. Got in late & left early. No problems.

Good value, nice grounds, good breakfast

Eight of us stayed one night to decompress before proceeding to Kyoto. Top features for us were the large, well kept grounds, large swimming pools, and a very good (but expensive) breakfast buffet. Rooms were not expensive, and shuttles/highway buses connected well with Tokyo and Narita Airport.
