No wifi and old
Needs an update. No ventilation in the bathroom. Amenities says free wifi. That's not true. There's no wifi. Would not stay here unless you want to be near the airport.

Short drive from hotel
If you're in Tokyo, if you want to stay out later. Remember the train stops going to the airport at 9-10. You can always connect to the narita line(end at 11:30) then take a cab to the hotel,1000-2000 yen. Some people party all night and take the 5am when the trainline to get back to the hotel.

Japan adventure with my son
The people were very helpful. Loved the room with two double beds. Best part was free bus shuttle to downtown Narita, the mall, and the Narita airport. Nice gift shop, laundry area and large fitness room. Quiet and comfortable. Don't expect hot coffee and restaurant only has breakfast buffet which was too expensive for us. But, the room did have a refridgerator which was helpful and the gift shop stocks some food.

great airport hotel
only one restaurant, no bar, but clean with a 24-hr shop where you can pick up drinks and snacks. Good and by Japanese standards inexpensive breakfast buffet. Shuttle to the airport and the local mall. Great way to start a trip!

Brief Visit
My overall stay at the hotel was pleasant. The room was incredibly clean and different items were provided in case something had been forgotten (toothbrush, hairbrush, etc.). The plugs work with America-based plugs up to a certain voltage, which was a relief. Buses were coming and going at all hours to take visitors to downtown Narita for a fun time.

Excellent Hotel
I have stayed here numerous times for one night while in transit to Manila and Bangkok. The rooms are small like most places in Japan, but very clean. The hotel is always quiet so sleeping is never a problem. They have a very good bus service back and forth to the airport. I also like the fact that the gym is open 24 hours.

Location and price are good
Have stayed at this hotel several times each for one night. The rooms are usually fairly clean and the price is good. The shuttle from and to the airport is also very convenient. On my last stay on April 7th, the room was not clean which I assume it may have been due to the Japan's tsunami and earthquake which is understandable. The buffet at the hotel's restaurant is too pricey (about 40 US Dollars) per person with very limited and basic choices. The menu selection is also very limited.

good comfortable room
the convenient shuttle from the airport and relative closeness meant a quick and easy layover at Narita. There's not much to do around there, but it's a quiet sleep!
