- All rooms are kept very clean with European style interiors, and bathrooms are also in good condition. Single rooms are particularly spacious, with a double bed.

The hotel is close to the airport
The hotel is close to the airport and free shuttle is available to and from the airport. Room was very small. Bed and pillows were old. The comforters need to be changed. The one in my room had stains on them. I believe they do not launder the comforters. Its OK if you're staying in this hotel for a night before your flight out the following day but nothing longer than that. A bit too expensive for a hotel that standard.

Very large hotel. Good airport bus connections are available. Internet service from my room was an extra charge of 1000JPY per day and I needed to ask at hotel reseption.

We were put in to a room which
We were put in to a room which was not in the main block requiring us to change lifts and floors to gain access, difficult when carrying cases.

For a hotel near the airport it
For a hotel near the airport it was great. Very beautiful and spacious for a Japanese hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

It was disappointing that having stayed at many hotels in Japan, much cheaper and equal standard, one had to pay JPY 1,000/day to use the Internet. Elsewhere, all free. The cost is peanuts so why bother. Irritating.

Marraod International
This hotel was very nice looking, but it looks like they aren't getting too much business and the upkeep of the grounds surrounding the hotel is neglected. The location of this hotel is far away from the city and I suggest going to Tokyo right after getting to Japan for international travelers. There's nothing to see in Narita. However, the service at the restaurante on the 13th floor was exceptional. I have never been served by anyone so courteous and polite ever like that before.

Close to the airport
The Marroad International Hotel is close to the airport and has a free shuttle to the adjacent town and mall. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly, and the kimonos laid out on the bed incredibly comfortable.
