Good night stay after a long flight
We stayed here for one night after a long flight from Los Angeles and the stay was nice. The room was a nice size for two people, comfortable, and clean. All in all it was a great stay to unwind.

Overall good place to stay before

VERY CLEAN. NICE STAFF. SHORT DISTANCES TO AIRPORT OR SHOPPING/DINING. ALL THEY NEED IS A COFFEE MACHINE IN THE ROOM.

Just an okay stay
We stayed in the hotel for only one night due to flight connection on the next day. We landed Narita late in the night and the shuttle bus took over 30 minutes to reach the hotel. The shuttle bus was shared by another two hotels. Garden hotel is the last stop in the route. The hotel room is clean. Size is okay. The food in the restaurant is not so good. My son had the pasta with meat sauce. Even he was very hungry, he didn't like it and was not willing to finish it. I had the seafood curry. The dish is very small and the taste is just ok.

International Garden Hotel, Narita
I rested here before I continued with a 24 hour plus trip back to my home in Florida...the USA. The bed was so very comfortable, and the help was excellent as I walk with a walker aid, and I needed help with my luggage.The food was also to my likingand the store carries items that are good for taking home at reasonable prices. I will certainly remember this hotel and mention it to others in my profession that travel.

Excellent value near Narita airport
My purchase was an excellent selection for an overnight stay between flights. I chose a single room and, at check-in, was upgraded to a superior double. The hotel is very modern in decor and facilities and is sparkling clean. The restaurant has a buffet for each meal during the day. Prices are very good for Japan; food quality is also very good. The only drawback is a fee (about $10 for 24 hours) for in-room internet connection. There are 2 desktop computers on the main level which are free, however. The shuttle service to/from the airport is also free. Considering how expensive large rooms and quality unlimited food costs in Japan, I will definitely return to this facility.
