It provides many amenities, free bus to airport, shopping mall and city center, and good restaraunt, the worst is it does not have a separating non-smoking floor.

Great Value
I was looking for a clean bed and bath without the frills as I didn't intend to spend any time at a hotel other than to sleep and shower. This property offered an exceptional price. Very convienient to the airport for the getaway day but on the other hand, about an hour away from Downtown Tokyo and/or Disneyland but the price makes it worthwhile.

The Airport Limo Bus from the airport offers door-to-door service and was quicker than the train to reach sightseeing destinations. REMEMBER to take your passport as the hotel bus clears a security checkpoint on the way to the airport!

For a hotel with average comfort, it provides shuttle bus service going to the hotel as well as taking the guest back to the airport and to the rail service to Tokyo. For breakfast they provide a very good buffet selection for 2000 yen. The one item I did not like is the excessive second hand tobacco smell in the hotel registration area and in the hallways of the hotel leading to the rooms. The other item I felt negative of the facility is the dirty carpeting in the guest room.

Comfort and convenience
Needed a place to stay before catching an early flight. The room and bathroom were spacious for a Japanese hotel. The bed was large and comfortable. The TV was a little small and there wasn't any wireless internet but I didn't need either during this short stay. I ate dinner in the bar on the 11th floor. The food was reasonably good but somewhat overpriced. Overall I would recommend this hotel for someone needing a place close to the airport with a free bus shuttle.

Tiny rooms with 13" tv. Only one tiny pillow. Dirty rooms. I will never stay there again.

Perfect for a layover!
The hotel has a perfect location, and the bus from the Narita Airport is on time and very convinient. Hotel is clean and the room was very tidy, there is an internet connection in the room and wireless in the lobby. I recomend Nikko Hotel for stay!

convenient for the early flight
This is the best choice hotel if you are using JAL. Used be a deluxe hotel, but it's old and not enough maintenance, so that hotel is not eco friendly.
