For a hotel with average comfort, it provides shuttle bus service going to the hotel as well as taking the guest back to the airport and to the rail service to Tokyo. For breakfast they provide a very good buffet selection for 2000 yen. The one item I did not like is the excessive second hand tobacco smell in the hotel registration area and in the hallways of the hotel leading to the rooms. The other item I felt negative of the facility is the dirty carpeting in the guest room.

Comfort and convenience
Needed a place to stay before catching an early flight. The room and bathroom were spacious for a Japanese hotel. The bed was large and comfortable. The TV was a little small and there wasn't any wireless internet but I didn't need either during this short stay. I ate dinner in the bar on the 11th floor. The food was reasonably good but somewhat overpriced. Overall I would recommend this hotel for someone needing a place close to the airport with a free bus shuttle.

Don't bother
Tiny rooms with 13" tv. Only one tiny pillow. Dirty rooms. I will never stay there again.

Perfect for a layover!
The hotel has a perfect location, and the bus from the Narita Airport is on time and very convinient. Hotel is clean and the room was very tidy, there is an internet connection in the room and wireless in the lobby. I recomend Nikko Hotel for stay!

convenient for the early flight
This is the best choice hotel if you are using JAL. Used be a deluxe hotel, but it's old and not enough maintenance, so that hotel is not eco friendly.

Restaurants full!
All of the Restaurants in the Hotel were full at 6:30 PM on a Friday night. Next weating was available at 8:30 PM. I guess that is just how it goes but it was annoying....

Great time in Japan
We stayed three days at the hotel and had a good experience. We went into Tokyo for two days and felt the train was a little tiresome, it took over 1&1/2 hours each way to get there. The local temple was excellent a must see. The free shuttle bus to the airport and city was great. The hotel staff was friendly. The luggage staff and guest service gentleman was slot more helpful than the front desk. The rooms are very dated for a Hotel Nikko.

Sedona Garden Restaurnt is very nice. I also enjoyed the sushi spot on the 11th floor.
