Excellent free shuttle system, good room

Hilton Narita's FREE shuttle system is awesome. Picks up/drops off every 20-60 minutes from the airport and Narita train ... station (depending on high volume time) (both locations take about 20 min to get to including quick shuttle stops). Always on time. Employees spoke good English and bent over backwards to make us feel welcome, I felt. Breakfast was impeccable (there was a special when we booked for free breakfast). Rooms were average - sorta small, but there was a great view & I couldnt hear anything outside the room. Only complaint: gym and pool access was not free and we would not have eaten breakfast there had it not have been free (too expensive)

Narita Hilton

When I stayed here in February, the room was large, well kept and breakfast (which was included in the room price)was perhaps ... the best in terms of choice & quality I have seen in over 50 years of travel to all continents. This time, the room was smaller, very tired & a bit dingy (& fewer bathrooms amenities) & breakfast was not included in the price but Yen 38,000 extra. Service was efficient especially the bus to & from the airport.

Unbeatable for those traveling light

The service was fantastic, rooms clean and comfortable. I had just spent ten days in hotels in Hong Kong and Mainland China ... and this was the first hotel I found with an iron and ironing board. I was a life saver for me.

My review of Hilton Tokyo Narita Airport hotel

Would recommend to a friend!

I had no trouble getting to, and from, the airport even tho I didn't speak any Japanese. Service was good and the room was ... clean and very, very reasonable. Will definately stay at the Hilton Narita Airport Hoten on next trip to Japan.
