Silent nights. Close, convenient, and comfortable.
The Hilton Narita is a good hotel close to Tokyo NRT airport. It is clean and comfortable, and just a shuttle bus away. The best part is their amazing room windows which block out 100% of the aircraft noise. I am not sure how they did that, but it works! We watched airplanes taking off and landing without being able to hear anything. Internet is expensive (About $20) but it can be free if you are a Hilton Gold member. The room upgrade gets you a slightly larger room and a view of the runway.

Regular shuttle busses to the hotel take you to Narita City for shopping. They are free and easy and stop at the hotel.

Overall my experience was favorable. Japan is just an expensive country. I guess if you can deal with that, then everything will be fine. The staff was very helpful. The overall hotel was clean. I think that the internet prices should definitely be adjusted. $20 per day for internet these days, in my opinion, is ridiculous. I rate this hotel a B-, mostly due to the outrageous prices. breakfast buffet like $40 per person, dinner buffet $70 per person. Ha!. the positive was that the shuttle to the mall and downtown narita was free! cuz that can be expensive in taxi

Quick Tokyo trip
It was nice. Nicer than other hotels in the area. The buffet was very expensive though, and not that good. I also was disappointed that there was no WiFi in the hotel. But the room was nice and comfortable. I liked that. For the price I paid for the hotel, I felt like it was a good value.

Convenient to airport with free shuttle. Buffet breakfast was nice. Availablility of a "relaxation treatment" massage was a really nice plus- especially after lugging around baggage etc and sleeping on a plane. Extra charge for internet.

good location
The hotel is conveniently located, 15 minutes from the airport by shuttle bus. Shuttle busses run every 20 minutes. Rooms are okay, however below standard of other Hilton Hotels.

Nice stay
Hotel was clean with nice service. The hotel suttle was great it took you back and fourth to the Airport. I want to go to Tokyo but all the trains stoped running from Tokyo at 8pm. The only way was by taxi they charge $250 US from Tokyo to Narita. SO I passed and went to a local sushi bar Yamato. Food was great and they had good prices.

slightly above average hotel experience
The hotel was very close to Narita Airport and the shuttle to and from the hotel were FREE. The Hotel was FAR from the city of Tokyo (approx 90min from Tokyo by train and or cab). The hotel cost included a free breakfast buffet which was VERY good. The hotel was clean. The hotel did NOT have WIFI and the cost to use the internet on their computers was approx $25 for 2 hours and only 4 computers were available. In order to watch cable television in your hotel room you HAD TO PURCHASE a tv card with local currency ONLY. The cable was shotty and it took 2 hours to have the staff "fix the problem".

Too Expensive and NOT Worth It
I was charged too much for the prize I paid per night. Not only that, even though I brought my own laptop, the internet was NOT free--what a rip-off. Hence, I will NEVER book this Hilton "refuse" ever again.

Short drive from hotel
The only thing was they provided transportation to the mall and airport. However, they're not the only ones doing this--other hotels do this too.
