The convenience store at the hotel proved very helpful, prices were the average for japan so for all those travel or hotel necessities I found this very good value, adding to my pleasant stay at this hotel.

Nice... but poor facility hours
This is an AIRPORT hotel, and like most potential guests I was only traveling quickly through. Not headed to Tokyo. This is clean, nice, with a good staff. The problem is that the pool AND gym close very early and open very late. My flight arrived at 5pm. By the time I was at the hotel the gym and pool were closed. By the time I left the next morning. 10:30am flight, they were both STILL closed. This is really unfortunate. Otherwise a nice place for a quick stop over. Obviously too far from tokyo for tourists.

OK for a layover or a short stay.
The rooms are acceptable. Clean enough. Professional and friendly staff. It's an airport hotel, of course. Which means the location isn't great. Great for a layover only as the airport is at least 1 hour from central Tokyo. I liked that they have regular complimentary shuttle buses to the airport and to Narita City Station.

As soon as arrival, staff are friendly and helpful. I liked this hotel in particular for its location close to airport, the hotel is clean and very confortable, as well as good for what you pay. Good restaurants also... I would defentely stay at this hotel again

Abgesehen davon, dass der Mitarbeiter
Abgesehen davon, dass der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption schlagartig seine Freundlichkeit verlor, als er gesehen hat, dass wir das Hotel zu einer günstigen Rate hier gebucht haben, war das Hotel ganz okay. Die Freundlichkeit des Zimmerservices und alles andere war jedenfalls wunderbar.
