Modern facilities and services in an historical setting

The ANA Hotel provides guests with modern services and facilities while still maintaining the traditional atmosphere of the historical city of Kyoto. The hotel's convenient location enables guests to easily explore downtown Kyoto and its attractions. On-site, guests are provided with a wide range of services, including business facilities, a dry cleaning service, porter service and a beauty shop. Guests have a choice of 4 restaurants, all of which are located within the hotel and offer a selection of excellent Japanese, Chinese and French cuisine.

ANA Hotel Rooms

The ANA Hotel houses 298 guestrooms and 9 suites, all of which are welcoming, comfortable and offer a wide range of modern amenities and services. All guestrooms include a television, telephone, bathroom, safe, mini refrigerator, sofa bed, a seating area, a desk and tea-making facilities. A hairdryer is also included with every guestroom. The hotel's suites offer the same amenities as well as extra items such as a DVD player, CD player, minibar and a bathrobe. Convenient amenities such as a trouser press and hairdryer are also included in every suite. Guests opting for the Executive/Club Floor facilities have access to amenities such as a television, safe, bathrobe, bathtub and minibar. Great Service, Free Shuttle to

Great Service, Free Shuttle to the Kyoto Station is a plus. The only problem we had with the free shuttle is the last one from train station to Hotel is 7:45PM which is way too early. Not close to shopping area at all but with city subway or Buses you can get to shopping area in minutes. Overall it's a great Hotel. The beds were great. We slept like babies. Yes they do have carpet but it's very clean and with a Japanese touch which we love very much. Bath room was clean and large in size.

Nice rooms, quite large by Japan

Nice rooms, quite large by Japan standards. Ask for the castle view! Too bad you have to pay for the spa. We strongly recommand the restaurant and its set lunches or dinner. The cook is fabulous (mix of French and Japan!). Very central location and convenient free shuttles to the station every 15mn (opposite the Mc Donald n the south side). They know the schedule at the information center.
