The hotel was really clean and has an excellent location which is less than five minutes walk from the subway and train station. Disregard the small size of the room, the stay was very comfortable. The only problem that I faced there was the lack of cupboard in the room. If you are a traveller who is spending most of the time out of the hotel and looking for a good deal and clean place, then this hotel is what you need.

Good choice as business hotel,
Good choice as business hotel, although a wardrobe and a couple of drawers would be nice (clothes rail only). Good sized room, bathroom and beds for Japan and the price range. Helpful staff at front desk, although with no real facilities of note there isn't much they need to help with.

Fantastic location for downtown
Fantastic location for downtown shopping, eating and drinking. Rooms are a little larger than the average for Kobe or generally Japan. We had two queen size beds in the room. One king size would have been fantastic, as it would have given a sense of more room.

This is a nice hotel with friendly
This is a nice hotel with friendly staff. The hotel features some modern architecture and has a nice style. The room was comfortable and works well as a business hotel. The internet connection is included and worked as expected. The free espresso coffee in the lobby was a nice touch.
