Very nice hotel and good value for money
Stayed here 6 days and used as a base for visting the Kansai region. It is a very nice hotel in a very nice location and excellent value for money. My room was very comfortable and had a nice view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a bus from the hotel to the airport and also to Shin Kobe station. It is pretty much in the centre of the Rokko Island and there are many restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel and a 24 hour convenience store just outside. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre but that did not matter to us. Public Transport is very good in Japan and getting anywhere was fast and easy. We would have paid much more for a lesser hotel in the city center. Using the pool etc., costs 2000 yen but I found that is quite standard in Japan. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
