Convenient, comfortable & friendly
Perfect hotel for a short-term business trips. Located right next to (connected by a bridge) the Shin-Kobe station. The room was decent sized for Japanese standards. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Second time staying here, and will do so again in the future.

We stayed on the 32nd floor and the night view of Kobe City was excellent. The hotel is not new but well kept and clean. Excellent service. Two improvements the hotel can make: 1) the hair dryer is too old with no drying power (even business hotels in Japan have better hair dryers these days) and 2) no need to have a bathroom scale. I don't get it. The hotel restaurants should be busier if there is no bathroom scale!

Great hotel
Great hotel - clean and very quiet! Wish some amenities (like tea bags) were free... but everything in Japan costs money, a lot of money.

Great choice
The hotel was beautiful and the location perfect for our needs. Having a computer with free internet in the room was great!!!! I felt in touch with the rest of the world while visiting Kobe. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and will recommend it to my friends.

El hotel es un rascacielos de
El hotel es un rascacielos de trenta y tantos pisos el cual deja deslumbrado a cualquiera. Se puede ir a pie ya que est en plena salida de la estacion de trenes. Es una pasada el edificio y los servicios. El buffet de desayuno es caro para lo que ofrecen... Muy bien en general !!!
