Very decent hotel for the price.
Very decent hotel for the price. It was located very close to the Hiroshima Station and close to the A-bomb dome memorial site. Great shopping nearby within walking distance. We had a great lunch in the hotel restaurant from 800 to 1000 yen, all you can eat buffet, which was great. I highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family and would come back again.

This hotel is in a handy location
This hotel is in a handy location with the Kanayama-cho tram stop just out the front and a Family Mart supermarket next door. The room was small but adequate and very clean. Service was great - there were no people annoyingly opening and closing doors for us - but provided assistance when requested. This is great vlaue for the location and price.

Although we asked for a non smoking
Although we asked for a non smoking room there wasn't one available but the room didn't smell at all !! Hotel is well located and using the tram system is very good. Breakfast good, but additional. Room too hot (but this does seem to be the Japanese way)

Very Bad Experience
I arrived at this hotel in the evening, hoping for a restful stay, but instead I received a horrible reception. It took well over 35 minutes to check in. I paid in full two weeks in advance, yet they didn't seem to know what was going on. They then made me go to a computer and open my Orbitz account three separate times to prove I did infact have a reservation, even though I showed them my printed out confirmation I brought along. They then had my open my personal bank account to prove the money was taken out of my account, which was a violation of privacy in my opinion. They then wanted ME to call Orbitz' customer support line to which I refused because that is the job of the hotel staff, not the guest. So finally they gave me a room, which was much smaller than I paid for. I fell asleep early as I was leaving the next day, then they called at 10:30 that night waking me up asking me what time I was going to check out! This was the worst hotel experience ever and I have never dealt with such unprofessional staff before. I will NEVER stay here again!
