I booked this hotel because I

I booked this hotel because I thought it is a very famous hotel in Japan and I wanted my parents to enjoy the facility and their stay. I booked a room for 4 peoples. But two out of the four beds are just foldable sofas. The price is very very high but breakfast is not included. The hotel has spa facility but no swimming pool and gym. Hotel staff are generally friendly but you can't feel they are really welcoming you. That's what I felt about my stay.

Lovely hotel with a nice big room but bathroom could use an update. Food generally expensive but buffet breakfast and dinner reasonably good value. Very good free shuttle service from the station.
