The location was very good. It is a short walk from Hakata Station and was very convienient to two shopping & eating areas. The hotel room was quite small, altho I expected it. What was surprising was that the room was very bleak. It took some
getting use to and was not the type of room you would spend a great deal of time in other than to sleep. The bathroom was also quite small. I could stand in the middle of the bathroom and touch all the walls with my outstreched hands. It was quited dated and needed some serious upgrading. Most of the guests were Japanese businessmen which is what the hotel if primarily suited. The best tihing is that the price was very reasonable, even cheap for the location.
