the special discount promotion was just at the right time. clean room, courteous staff, good internet connection through the wire provided, no wireless access in-room. the complementary shuttle was very convenient. the buffet lunch was a little expensive, but it iwas ok.

Great location. And it's convenient to go to the NRT airport, for there're lots of shuttle buses which depart every 30 minutes available. What I have to note is that I've never seen such a considerate hotel like this one before. As I nearly know nothing about Japanese, one of my friends living in Japan helped me a lot when check-in in the hotel. The reception staff gave me a big room which is able for us to live in although I just booked a small single room before, and didn't charge me more. Nothing can describe how thankful I am and I'd like to recommend you to enjoy your vacation with this one.

Good for travel transit
I booked the hotel two nights for my round trip (one night for each transit). the hotel is clean and quite. the beds size is the same size as hotel beds in US, bigger than another Japan hotel bed sizes that I stayed before. In general I felt good about the hotel. The staffs were polite. One thing I felt a little uncomfortable. I traveled with my family totally 3 persons. in the first transit night, the room had three equal size beds. while in the second transit (coming back trip) there were only two equal beds and a much small temporally bed. I booked both nights a few month ago, I don't now why this happened.

The room was spacious and nicely
The room was spacious and nicely set out, tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a free shuttle bus to and from the airport. The meals were good, and reasonably priced. Friendly staff and helpful.

only stayed 1 night at hotel,found
only stayed 1 night at hotel,found it to be okay.free hotel airport shuttle was very convenient.bed was extremely hard with one small pillow.had a view of planes landing from our bedroom windows which were soundproof.hotel is convenient for transit passengers for 1 night.

The reason why i booked this hotel
The reason why i booked this hotel is because of a very early flight next day. The hotel is very near airport. It has a shuttle bus from and to the airport. It also has a shuttle bus to and from narita city if you would like to shop before you depart.

Great place to stay if your leaving
Great place to stay if your leaving japan the next day to go to the airport otherwise not much to do around the area. Good sized double beds and decent sized rooms.

Very close to the airport and only minutes away by free Hotel shuttle. Reasonably sized modern rooms with all expected facilities. Plenty of places to eat but no convenience store. Have already booked to stay again.
