This is a huge hotel with more than 1000 rooms. There are also many shops and stores on the second and third floors, including laundry facility and a convenience store which opens 24hours. This is one of the good choices for business and leisure travelers, especially to visit the international trade fair site and Tokyo Disney Resorts. (05/10 YT) It is a high rise 50 storey modern building. The hotel is near the International fair ground, "Makuhari Messe". It takes 5 minutes walk from JR Kaihin Makuhari Station on Keiyo Line. There is also free shuttle service to/from JR Kaihin Makuhari Station and the hotel. It has good accesses from JR Tokyo Station, Tokyo Disney Resorts and Narita International Airport by public transportation. From JR Tokyo Station, it takes approximately 30 minutes by direct express train. From Tokyo Disney Resorts, it is only 6 stops by JR train and takes only 20 minutes. From Narita International Airport, there are frequent limousine bus services.

All semi-double rooms have only one bed in 120cm width. The rooms are small in size and overlooking the view of Tokyo Bay and town. They are comfortable with modern amenities such as a hair dryer, refrigerator and complimentary high speed internet access etc. Bathrooms are also kept in good condition.

There are five restaurants and bar as well as an internet cafe, serving wide range of international cuisine and fantastic Teppanyaki.

The hotel is perfectly located next to Makuhari Messe and Chiba Marines Stadium. My husband and I stayed there for the three-day Summer Sonic Music Festival. The rooms are dated, with decor reminiscent of the late 70's to early 80's. The size of
the room was large compared to other Japanese hotels, and the view was excellent. However, the beds were very hard - the worst we had on our 2-week trip to Japan. Also, the staff was not very friendly. All in all, I wish we had stayed at one of the other nearby hotels.
