GREAT XMAS GET AWAY!

Had a wonderful stay after I was moved to a room that wasn't on the ground floor with roaches! Given a beautiful oceanfront room. Staff was good-some friendly - some not, but ok. View & food excellent! I love Jamaica anyway but never stayed in an all inclusive.

Do the Bob Marley tour, if you're open minded :) Most tour guides have great knowledge of the land and you will get more history and updates on the lifestyle from them.

Good Family Vacation

We had a great family vacation in this resort. Room was clean, got a 7th floor room facing the ocean. Our daughter enjoyed the vast pool, which was checked and cleaned daily. Beach is not that great, but if you walk all the way to the far end, you have more privacy and good snorkeling. Staff was overall OK, some better than others. Food at the buffet was plentiful, the restaurants not that great. Entertainment nightly was fun.

Quiet, nice resort

Definately not the place to go if you are looking for a wild and crazy time. The resort is very large, but very well maintained and gives you both a huge pool option and a decent size stretch of beach. Staff is hit or miss but we found a couple we loved and kept hanging by them at the bar or restaurants. Great value compared to other options. Beware that the drive to this resort from Montego Bay airport takes about an hour and 15 minutes.

Great snorkeling

The buffet gets bland after a few days and the restaurants are not that good. However the view from the terrace by the lobby is breathtaking. Rooms are nice. The beach is great for snorkeling and swimming with lots of fish to see and both shallow and deep water for different types of swimmers. My only gripes are that there isn't a long strip of beach to take a walk along, and there is nothing to do after 11 unless you want to drink at the bars.

Friendly Staff

My stay this hotel was great! The staff is amazing. I initially needed a room change because the room I was originally assigned did not have air. The front desk staff did not make an issue of this at all; they simply corrected the problem right away. The food at this resort is great. I absolutely loved the Jerk Center! There was a grillmaster cooking jerk chicken every single day. Overall great resort! Amazing for the price!

Great Hotel, Beautiful

I loved this hotel and would definitely go back. Great amount of luxury for the money we spent. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was the food. It wasn't anything spectacular and while I didn't go to Jamaica to eat gourmet meals, sometimes the food wasn't very good at all.

The nightlife isn't too crazy here, and even less during off seasons, but the day party by the pool is awesome!

Fantasitc Birthday getaway!

If you want a large resort this is the place to go. The staff was wonderful the room stayed clean. Nothing was ever missing from my room or stolen from me like other reviews stated. I had a wonderful birthday wish I would have stayed longer. Next time I will take the family with me. If you do not like to walk or large resorts this is not the place for you unless you as to have a room closer to the beach. I will be visiting this resort again!

The room was spacious and clean. The cleaners did that much extra to make the bed dressing a spectacle. Fantastic swimming pool. The all inclusive value is fantastic. Good food and great restaurant options. Polite staff. Clean and luxurious environment.

Awesome Experience

This is a great opportunity to have what we considered a 5 star experience for a 3 star price. We went in October which is the best time because there are not as many people. We especially likes the snorkeling, water aerobics, main buffet, and nightly entertainment. The main entertainment starts at 10:00 PM, which is a problem for some. What a treat for both of us!!!
