centrally located in town, great beach and water games
I like to walk in town and this hotel is in the heart of Ocho Rios and still on the beach directly. Great water games,alotok kids.

A good experience despite some dislikes
Overall we had a good time, food was good but needs to be more options the menu for breakfeast had no turkey or beef bacon just pork for the american dishes their should be more vegetables for the omelet's like broccoli, spanich, etc.

Great time to be had
My wife & I recently celebrated our wedding anniversary here @ Sunset grande in "ochi". I dont know what all of the negative reviews were about but staff was very friendly. The only problem I had the whole time there was that the hotel is so far away from the airport. Its about an hour drive from Sangster Intl but once we got to Hotel it was all you can eat and drink. Plus there are plenty of excursions to choose from once you get there. Would definitely go there again!!!!

Relaxing Getaway
We had a lovely time. Our only regret is that we could not have stayed longer! The scenery is breath-taking and the environment is relaxing while offering opportunities for different types of activities and games that provide for fun, fun, fun.

Great Couple Getaway
After reading many negative reviews we were pleasantly surprised. The property is great, lots of space and a beach to walk on. The food was okay and there were always Jamaican dishes. The staff is wonderful. Our room was okay and they have started renovations on the rooms. We had a wonderful time and it was worth our money spent.

The location is good, I did not like the Beach there,Rooms has a molde smell, food was not great they need a proper Chef , your best bet is to make reservations for the restaurants food there is much better..The Staff is Friendly and Helpful.. I travel to Jamaica for my vacation every year and I will be sticking with the RUI so much better..

ITWAS A NIGHTMARE WHEN IT WAS CHECKING TIME. MOST OF THE ROOMS WERE NOT READY BY 3PM. I GOT MINE AFTER 4 SINCE THE ONE I HAD RESERVE WAS NOT READY I SETTLED FOR ONE THAT WAS.FOOD WAS SO SO I DID NOT EAT LUNCH OR DINNER THERE.WAS OUT ON THE STREET AND PREFERRED THE FOOD OUT THERE. ALL IN ALL SERVICE WAS NOT THAT GOOD
