Couples Tower Isle - All Inclusive

Beautiful resort! The staff is beyond amazing :). And the food is to die for! Can't wait to go back again!

Couple's Tower Isle was a amazing! We enjoyed ourselves so much! The poperty was awesome! We loved walking the garden and looking at all the flowers. The gardeners do such a great job on taking care of everything! The room was simple, but spotless! At night there is a turn down service, but the housekeepers come in and will empty waste baskets and bring towels again too! The food was outstanding. My husband is a big eater and although the petite foods at the sitdown resturants was very tastey it left him wanting more. It was nice that he could order room service (for free) or go down to the grill and get a late night snack! And truly there is a god and he is a pastery chef at Tower Isle! The spa was top notch too! The ladies there do such a nice job! The hydrotherapy tub with all the bubbles and little red flowers was one of the highlights of my trip! The staff in general was so accomidating. They went out of there way to make everyone feel welcome!

The hotel staff was extremely friendly, and provided great service. The facilities were nicely maintained, and clean. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had an AWESOME time. Food was excellent...Entertainment was great...Beach party was beautiful...Absolutely LOVED the Bon Fire on the Beach with music. I can't wait to go again! Must do the Catamaran Boat ride...Our crew was hilarious!

From an all inclusive resort stand point, I would say Couples Tower Isle has been the best I've seen to date. The food was well done, beaches were clean, liqour was top shelf and flowing, the ambiance and staff were wonderful. The restaurants were clean and had a real urban feel to them. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Shuttle to and from the airport was definitely the icing on the cake. Great experience!

Stayed at Couples Tower Isle for 5 Days / 4 Nights; only real complaint (even though we knew about it before we left) is the long drive to get there from the airport - it's a long way to go for a shorter trip. On the plus side, I've found the food that's included as part of an all-inclusive trip is usually lackluster (if not downright bad), but it was great here. Also, the staff was friendly but not overbearing. Finally, since it caters especially to couples the environment was especially friendly - no screaming kids or out of control partiers. Will almost definitely come back a few years down the line (even though we're not the type to go to the same place usually more than once).

This place is awesome. The staff is super friendly and is always willing to help answer a question or point you in the right direction. The all inclusive package includes all the restaurants except one, and the food is great. We ate at the buffet almost the whole time, and they had different food everyday. My g/f is vegan and she had plenty to eat for our trip. If you like to drink, this is the place. The only negative is the scuba that is included only has 4 slots per day. We never got to go.

Our room was very clean (others in our group were not so lucky); included excursions were more than offered by other inclusives; night entertainment lacking. Beach small but clean, pools great, spa great, swim up bar great.

Just returned March 14th after 5 days at the Couples Tower Isle Resort. When we arrived at the resort we were given wet towels for our hands (that smelled) check in was organized. The rooms were ok the walk in closet that was really nice. They brag about what is all included in the package. After we checked in we immediately went to schedule the reservations for Bayside and Eight Rivers (we could only get in at 8:45pm to eat at both) - the catamaran cruise was COMPLETELY BOOKED...we were on a waiting list...nothing the hotel would do to accommodate us. This was included in the package and only offer a couple days..you have to stay 2 weeks to take advantage of this! Why isn't this advertised? False Advertisement! There was NO MUSIC around the pools - boring when laying out or hanging at the main pool bar or swim up bar!! We asked for music and was told they didn't have any speakers! WHAT!?! They need to staff more bartenders - waited a long time to get a drink! Also they ran out of alcohol every day...advertise premium but must only have one bottle for the entire resort. I would NOT RECOMMEND this resort!! Before we left I read the reviews and was looking very forward to the trip...waste of money!!! We have traveled internationally 20 plus times and this was the most disappointment of a resort! The piano bar smelled musky and waited 20 minutes and the bartender never waited on us. Our age is 50 and 53 - we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary! The Veggie BAR is AWESOME - the best sweet potato chips/dip/sandwiches/smoothies!!! This was our FAVORITE!!! The staff (with flowered shirts-management team) were very nice and tried to accommodate and make the stay nice for us - we expressed our disappointment to try to make it better for others. When you go somewhere tropical - music makes you happy-many of the items they listed on the activity board - was not there! Example they advertised pool volleyball in the main pool....no volleyball - so as a group of 10 we made our own raft drinking games....casino night...was not in the location where it indicated on the board...so again did not exist. This was our 2nd trip to Jamaica and I don't think I will go back - the 1st trip (stayed at a different resort) was great! Wanted to do the Catamaran Cruise/Snorkel---was booked full!!! The bell desk Staff very friendly!!! Andrea the Team Leader is AWESOME!! He tried to make things better for us..when we told him they ran our of Malibu Rum, Crown, Jack Daniels..and bartenders tried to substitute somethig yucky! SORRY I AM TRUTHFUL on my expierence!!! I am a review person and rely on others to be honest as well!

The ride from the airport was a bit long, but fun. The resort was fantastic, exceded my expectations. The private dinner on the island brought tears to my wife's eyes. Great way to celebrate 25 years! When mother nature allowed us to go diving, we did, and that was great too.
