Family friendly Caribbean resort on the shores of Montego Bay
On the white, sandy beaches of Montego Bay, the Sunset Beach Resort Spa and Waterpark All Inclusive provides an all-inclusive holiday perfect for all travelers. Families enjoy a free children's club for two-to-12 year olds, as well as a water park with 250 foot long water slides and activities for older children available at the Teen Center. Five restaurants and six bars cater for all tastes, with gym and aerobic sessions available for those wanting to work off any over indulgences. Very nice Hotel / complex. Lots to do every day if you wanted to. Activities during the day and Night. The Special Resturants were excelent.Buffet food was a plenty and fresh. Night Supper on the Beach was too nice to describe...worth it...SPA was great, casino took my money...haha. Beach was small but big enough. Very nice ...and well worth the trip.!

A gem on the island
The hotel is close to the airport and located on a peninsula that gives you a lookback view of the island. The service staff is amazing, very friendly and some even learned my name. The options are limitless at the resort, all activities and concerts are free, while other vehicle activities are offered for an additional fee. Free food and drink all day long, no reason to leave.

Fantastic Staff
We had a delightful stay, very friendly and helpful staff, they went out of there way, to make us welcome! Sunsets are awesome at this resort. Would love to return with the family!

Great family vacation with kids under 12
We just came back from our vacation from Jamaica and stayed in this resort for 4 nights with my 8 years old son. We had such a wonderful time, did not want to come back. Food was great in most of the restaurants, but you will have plenty of choices. Location was great with lots of amenities, kids activities, water park, tennis, kayaking, snorkeling, sailing and lot more. Drinks were so so; it depends on which bar you are going; don’t expect much there. Hotel staffs were really good; they are nice and friendly; ready to help all the time. You will love them. The only drawback this resort has - their front desk. In contrast some the front desk staffs were not friendly and helpful. Don’t know why! Be prepared to wait for long time before you get your room. That was the only painful part we had during our trip. You will probably forget it when get to the pool. Overall great value.

Birthday getaway
I went with my boyfriend for his birthday and we both had a blast ! Will defiantly recommend this hotel . The food was great !! If u want to do an excursion do cool running , Dunns river fall and the horse back riding !!! A must do :-)

Better the 2nd time!
This was our 2nd time at the resort. This time because of the weather, we were at the resort 90% of our stay. We participated in many resort activities, which were more fun than we expected. We are looking forward to visiting again!

If you want to shop, there are days when the market comes to the resort. Be sure to bargain with them; you can usually get a better price than what they are asking.

Smokers everywhere!!!
Rooms are dated but clean, beds are very firm but not comfortable, food is decent but a bit repetitive, water park is small yet fun but not well maintained. Biggest issue was with smoking. This is a non smoking resort with 2 designated smoking areas but people smoke everywhere and the staff does nothing to correct the problem. Could not walk on the beach without taking in second hand smoke constantly, could not use our beautiful oceanfront balcony due to smokers and could not enjoy the children's water park because of the smokers. Too bad they don't enforce their own policy of no smoking! If they did I would be willing to return but I have been there 2 times and had the same issue with smokers being allowed to smoke wherever.

Great last minute Ggetaway
The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were GREAT, very pleasant and helpful. There are a few drawbacks, the cats that roam the buffet area at night and Wi-Fi not accessible in the rooms and overpriced. Other from that i would reccomend this hotel.
