relaxing getaway
the only issue we have with this resort is the beach lounge chairs...you don't want back pain and sore behinds when you're reading on the beach

Awesome
As a couple looking to get away, my boyfriend and i just picked an all inclusive that looked decent. Secrets definitely exceeded all of my expectations. The food, people and service were all absolutely excellent!

Jamaica double date
Had a great time at Wild Orchid! We had never been to an all inclusive and it was more than expected. the food was very good, the staff was pleasant and accommodating. There are complaints about the staff expecting tips, but we never witnessed this. It is my belief that if employees in the service industry provide good service, they should be tipped. Barefoot grill was a cool hangout day and night. The trip was a well deserved, relaxing trip for the 4 adults. The variety of restaurants met our expectations. The resort was reported to be full and we never had to wait in any lines or felt crowded at any of the events.

Great Vacation
We went for our honeymoon and it was nice, safe and very easy. They have top shelf liquor (Grey Goose, etc.), 4 different pool areas (2 are "preferred guests only" which you have to pay a bit more for, but if you enjoy private and quiet pool areas than it is totally worth it), 2 swim up bars, a nice staff, nightly and daily entertainment, and a large selection of dining. I'd recommend it.

If you want to tip for drinks, food, bag service, etc., bring a hundred dollars in one's... It is impossible to get small bills on the resort, but we wanted to tip the workers so we had to keep asking for change everywhere as the ATM spits out $50's...

The good and the bad
The hotel is not finished and they moved me to Wild Orchid which is not done neither. Most of the things they advertized are not in place. Some restaurants are not working yet. They booked my room twice, to me and to a staff member. Friendly people.

Just got back
Better each day
We were the first to stay in our room and so there was to be expected some kinks to be worked out. The Secrets resort was beautiful and I think in about a month it will be a wonderful place to vacation. Even though everything was not quite ready our family had a great time and I would do it again.

Great Place, Excellent Food, A few kinks
This was a great hotel, but it needs time to work the kinks out. The check-in was a mess for many, we lucked out with only an hour wait. We talked to others that waited 8-9 hours to get a room. Room was OK. Some do not have good views. Pool area was great. Beach was pretty good, kind of rocky out in the water. Half of the resort was closed, gym, spa, tennis, etc. The food and drinks were great. Some of the best meals my wife and i have ever had. Drink selection was excellent. I tried a lot of different drinks because the top shelf stuff was available. Be sure to be specific on what you want. The bartneders will make anything you want. Lots of frozen drinks available too.

Secrets, Montego Bay (Wild Orchid)
Secrets just opened up a week or so before I arrived, so they still had some kinks to work out, but overall I went on this vacation to relax and be pampered and that I did! They just seemed a bit low on wait staff and maids, but what can you expect from a new resort, but they were willing to take care of any issues you may have had right away. I have been to 4 other Secrets/Dreams resorts and loved them all! I expect this resort to be up to it's full potential very soon! Food/drinks were great! Activities at the resort were fun. Because I just went to relax, I stayed at the resort the whole time but loved every minute of it. The spa opened up while I was on my stay...wonderful!! Can't say enough great things about Secrets/Dreams resorts!
