Secrets St. James Montego Bay - Adults Only Unlimited Luxury All Inclusive

the staff and the beach make this hotel beyond amazing! the food is great, lots of choices. the drinks are great. the grounds are amazing. you don't have to walk 15 min to the beach from your room. the room was so beautiful. my one complaint would have to be room service. there were 2 days were my room wasn't clean and we had to call and ask for it to be cleaned. and we never received any bathroom amenities i.e. shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Nothing. for a 5 star resort that was beyond weird.

Great place to rest and relax. Rum punch is great be sure to see Andrew at the main bar in the lobby of St. James after 5pm

I stayed at Secrets Wild Orchid with my boyfriend for our one year anniversary. All I can say is AMAZING! This place exceeded my expectations, especially for it being an all-inclusive. The suite we had was modern, beautiful, and most importantly, spotless! The grounds were well maintained and the beach was stunning! Even the food was very good, which is sometimes lacking greatly in an all-inclusive, but not here at Secrets. The staff was also wonderful. Everyone was extremely friendly and totally accomodating! We had the best time ever and can't wait to plan another trip at the Secrets brand!

This was a great trip. I travel and vacation around the world, and the combination of location, comfort, amazing food, but the service and staff and their culture is amazing. That combination for me makes Jamaica one of my favorite destinations in the world.

This was my first vacation. This place is absolutely beautiful. The only downfall is I had ants in my room near the balcony door all the time and the wifi sucked. The food is just ok but the entertainment was nice. The people are extremely nice. The beach is beautiful and the water is clear. I would definitely come back again.

We stayed and had a wonderful time. Resort was gorgeous, food was good, service was slower than American service, but you're not in America. We would stay again. The spa is fantastic!

Our reservation was for St. James, but we were bumped to Wild Orchid. We enjoyed our stay. The staff could have been friendlier. It was our first time doing an all inclusive, the food and drink selections were great.

The atmosphere at this resort was so inviting. The staff were so welcoming and fun. The location was great. It was a short drive from the airport and rather secluded. The hotel does seem to be in the need of some minor repairs; issues with the toilet flushing, leaking faucets and shower enclosures. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable. Like other all inclusive resorts we've stayed at the food leaves something to be desired. There was a great little coffee bar though! There's plenty of daily activities and various nightly entertainment. I'm sure there's something for everyone. There are three tour companies on the property. It's easy to book any activities or adventures while staying here.

Before I decided staying at Secrets I researched it exaustively. Well, am I glad I decided on this resort. The staff was fantastic, the room was great(toilet set up a little weird) but not a deal breaker, the resort was spotless and food was really good, better then expected being from the New York Area. Pool is awesome and the proximity to the airport was awesome. Big bonus, NO KIDS...Place is quiet yet enough to get rowdy if you like. All in all, I would definitly return.

Nice hotel with good food. Definitely not a 5 star resort by any means. Rooms could be much cleaner and better maintained. The resort layout is fantastic with the restaurants and nightly entertainment located in the same area. The resort credits are a joke since you need to spend money to use them. Everything you could use the credits for (spa, wine, romantic dinner) is way overpriced. We didn't even use any of them. Although I enjoyed my trip, I would not return as there are better resorts I have visited.
