Sandals Montego Bay - Luxury All Inclusive

This was our 6th time at this Hotel As always it was great

Do not stay in rooms 100-104 in section 8. Your patio faces the outside kitchen of Tokyo Joe's. The view is the staff washing dishes and preparing food. I had to wash the grease smell out of our hair and clothes. Staff only laughed when we requested a new room. They know and do not care. Stay away. Wait until 3am when they wash down and clean the place up. Noise and smell is 24 hours. PS. you will love the hotel location. It is next to the airport runway. The staff tries to teach you to wave to plane so you don't complaint abouth the noise.

This was the best all inclusive resort we've stayed. The resort is spread out with a private beach for plenty of sun and fun. Friendly staff. Clean and cozy rooms. Lush grounds. The laid back culture and no tipping everytime staff provided services made for a relaxing stay. "No problems mon." All inclusive was truly all inclusive: pools, a swim-up bar, hot tubs, steam rooms and suanas. Our days were as carefree or packed full of all inclusive activities as desired: bartenders that would break out in a dance step or two, a beach party with entertainment (acrobatics, fire breathing, juggling, limbo), 2 person catamaran sailing; 2 person kayaks, stand-up paddle surfing, water skiing, resort selected local crafters onsite for unintrusive shopping...even snorkling and scubba were included! We met multiple couples who had returned dozens of times.

One of the nicest vacations we've had so far. Everything was perfect, starting with the weather, location. staff, food. Highly recommended.

Food, staff, location, butler service, entertainment... everything was perfect. Wouldn't have changed a thing! Even the proximity to the airport wasn't an issue - you can hear the planes, but it didn't bother us.

Beautifull beach, Great customer service, Lots of Activities and entertainment included, very clean, great food(espesialy the italian restaurant). Plenty to do on resort almost no need to leave. The Playmakers (entertainment staff) do a great job of keeping people busy with activities. Great couples resort. only negative drinks a little watered down ask for a lil extra kick, and next to airport

We booked a last minute vacation [...] for Sandals Montego Bay and it could not have been any more perfect. The staff, the people, the atmosphere were all wonderful. The waitstaff and entertainment staff bent over backwards to make our trip perfect. We were upgraded to a concierge room. We were able to make reservations at restaurants on all , but our first night. We went to the Sandals Royal Carribbean to the Thai restaurant on the their private island. The food was excellent! The entertainment at night made it a blast. It was 11:00 before you knew it each night. The beach was large, had perfect white sand, and the water was calm, clean, and vivid blue in color. The clealiness of the entire resort was second to none. The landscaping and flowers were tropical, impeccable, and abundant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes to have fun. The airplanes flying overhead are kind of cool to look at, I don't see it being a deterrent in choosing this place. If you want quiet and early nights, try another resort.

Everything was perfect almost till the end. When we arrived we were nicely greeted, taken by private car to the resort, we had the concierge room, but after we checked out things turned south. We were thrown on a third part bus company and dropped off at the airport with no information on who will take care of the baggage to the terminal etc. So the reality quickly set in!!! Also, we had booked a room with jacuzzi but was not provided with bath salt etc. For the money they charge for the room I think it should have been a standard. Otherwise, the hotel staff were extremely nice and went out of their way to please us.

Sandals - Montego Bay, is now my husbands and my favorite place to vacation. We will defintely return next year. Entertainment was good, food was good - We really enjoyed the Cricketers Pub and the Irie Bar. We went on the Island Vibes trip, and that was a special treat - Loved the snorkeling. Next time we will scuba dive. The staff was awesome - Very helpful and friendly. The maintenance and groundskeepers kept the grounds immaculant! The entertainment staff - "playmakers" were all very entertaining - I hope my husband and I will participate more next year. The drinks were amazing, I would have liked to see them carry "Crown Royal" as that is my husbands favorite drink. Photo takers were fun. The airplanes did not bother us too much, a little annoying if your having dinner on the beach, but staff waves bye to the planes and guests do also. I can't say enough about the staff. [...] in the poolbar, was the best! Our room was clean, beautiful view, and very comfortable. I just can't say enough about this place, we truly loved it and we are really missing it already. See you next year Sandals Montego Bay!
