Iberostar Rose Hall Suites All Inclusive

This hotel was almost really good. There were just a bunch of off things and they started to add up. Food started off good and the buffet got worse as the week went on. The first few days they had grilled fish at lunch which was great. Then it was gone. Sme with granola bars, guacamole, absolut vodka, candies at turndown. It was a little odd. Once something was gone it never came back. We had to be at the pool by 7:30 to get a seat. The maid came for turndown service the first night and immediately told us to sign a sheet saying we did not want it. We told her we did. She managed to come back every night when we were in the room ( we we gone 6:15-9) and ask us to sign rather than have her do the room. Star friends were great with our kids.

This is definitely one of the nicer resorts I've stayed at.

The hotel was beautiful, the pools were great, the staff was friendly, the beaches were sandy and the water was rock free and the seaweed was kept to a minimum. The food was the best food I've had at an all-inclusive resort, so many great options in the buffet! The specialty restaurants were just as good (if not a little better than the buffet) but depending on how hot it was at dinner time, I would have been happy to stay in shorts and dine at the buffet rather than put long pants on. The only down side to our stay is that my fiancé’s brand new iPhone 5 was stolen out of our room. We're not sure if someone keyed in to steal it or if we left the door open when we left the room. The doors don't close behind you when you enter or exit the room, if we did leave the door open it could have been a guest and not staff.

We had a great time at the Iberostar Rose Hall Suites. The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for you. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

My boyfriend and I stayed here last year in December. This resort is absolutely wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, the staff was friendly and curtious. The drinks were strong and plenty! Twenty four hour room service is included which we thought was awesome and took full advantage of. The only complaint I have was the food which we both thought was subpar for the most part but otherwise the trip was great. You can make up for the food by venturing out into the town to get some real Jamaican food prepared by the locals. We had some great jerk chicken from a roadside hut on the drive to Kingston.

Large impressive lobby. Took too long to check in. Shuttle from the airport took about an hour after stopping at 3 other resorts along the way. Nice room with 2 double beds and a pull-out sofa, comfortable enough for 3 people. Room felt damp at times as well as feeling cramped. Lighting not good despite several lamps. Bathroom had a shower, 2 sinks and a soaking tub but felt cramped, also. Had only 1 wash cloth upon check in but housekeeping provided 4 wash cloths daily on 2nd day till check out. Called housekeeping for an extra blanket first night but it never arrived. Housekeeping provided one the next day. Ate at each of the specialty restaurants but was disappointed. The food was well presented but not exceptional. Would have preferred more "local" food, even on the buffet. Unlimited alcoholic beverages and every item ordered was delicious. Very impressive infinity pool, swim up bar and beach area with plenty of lounge chairs. Nightly entertainment provided by same group of 5-6 young adults. Nothing exceptional. Mini bar in the room with free beverages and stocked regularly by staff. No evening pool hours or facilities to sit at pool area in the evenings. Very small casino-don't waste your money! Lovely flowers and bushes around the grounds but grass needed to be mowed. Was finally mowed on last day there. Did leave the resort one time to eat at Scotchy's, a local eatery. Sun was plenty warm in November!

We had the best time staying at Iberostar Rose Hall Suites! The entire staff was accommodating and we had so much fun with the star friends (entertainment staff). We highly recommend staying at this hotel.. we will definitely be coming back!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place! From the time my wife and I arrived until the day we left, the staff and everyone there were so very nice and helpful..This place was beyond what we expected..Our room was perfect and we could not have asked for a better view..The staff recommended several places we could go sightseeing and each place was awesome! We would most definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends! Thank you for a great 2nd honeymoon, Iberostar Rose Hall Suites!!

My wife and I went to the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall in April 2012 and had a wonderful experience. The Grand had the best customer service we've had (we travel a lot#. We decided to bring the kids to Jamaica to experience this and thought Iberostar Rose Hall Suites would live up to the experience we had. We were mistaken, however the kids had a great time. At the Grand the entire staff took time to get to know the guess #remembering your name, length of stay, where you're from, drinks you like, etc.# At the Rose Hall Suites the staff barely said hi even when you spoke first. I didn't expect the same service, but did expect a smile and a hello when seeing staff. I guess our expectations was set too high due to our experience at the Grand. We did have a very pleasant experience with a waitress in the Buffet named Tannia. She was very friendly and provided the type of service we wish everyone there would have. She made up for the lack of service we exeperienced with others. If you don't care about the friendliness of staff this is a nice vacation spot. The hotel is beautiful and the pools and beach are very nice. Your kids will have a great time. However if you are not taking kids, I would recommend going to the Grand #adult only). The service is worth the extra cost.

We went to Iberostar Rose Hall Suites (All Inclusive Package) for our honeymoon and were simply blown away by the excellence of the overall experience. October proved a great time of year to go with all the tangibles and intangibles coming together for a glorious vacation. Whether it was the excellent support staff (e.g., poolside bartenders), the comfort and sprawl of the facilities, the eclectic food choices, the affordability, and the other guests it all amounted to an unforgettable time.
