Iberostar Rose Hall Suites All Inclusive

first class, I would have stayed longer if I knew. I did not leave the resort except for a wedding ceremony and reception and i loved every minute.

Had a great time at this hotel. The whole staff was friendly and accommodating. Couldn't have asked for more from them. Food was what you would expect from an inclusive but not bad at all. Visited Dunn's Falls and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a daytrip.

My family (2 adults & 2 kids under 4) went to Jamaica for a destination wedding. Once we arrived at our hotel, we were surprised by how wonderful the staff was & how clean everything was. The room we stayed in had 2 double beds and the hotel had a crib in there for us when we got there (didn't even have to ask!). Even with the crib, the room didn't feel cramped. There was plenty of storage space for luggage so you didn't have to look at it. Outside of the room was great too. The grounds and the pool are incredibly well-kept. The beach has little tiki huts for shade. Lots of marine life in the ocean so bring a snorkel. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Oh, I forgot to mention that the food in the buffet is pretty good but the restaurants (make reservations when you get there) are great!

Location and the resort itself is very nice. The food, on the other hand, is just OK at the most. No restaurant serves local flare! We wanted to try authentic food - jerk or curry chicken, spicy cabbage and etc. No luck with that. Who wants to go to Jamaica and eat mexican or japanese food (prepared by jamaicans)? Otherwise, very nice resort. Also, please make sure to check your options, since actually these are 3 resorts in one, and amenities and dining options differ, depending on the price.

Everything at the resort good but nothing was great. A 4 star is a little high but definitely better than a 3 star. The food quality was pretty good but the buffet was very repetitive. The people there are all very friendly but service was hit or miss. The resort is very clean and the rooms in the suites were large with a nice balcony. The min-bar in the room is very limited and they only give you 3 beers every two days which I felt was very stingy for an all-inclusive resort. Booking restaurant reservations was easy but the Guest Services representative is very unfriendly and he should consider finding a new job not working with people. Overall the place was nice and I may go back to an Iberostar again but there was nothing extraordinary about the place.

My family of four really enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing. The rooms were large and very inviting. All the finishes were top shelf. The buffet was the highlight as far as dining goes--the specials restaurants were just OK. Again, the staff--especially Crazy Kenny were great.

Stayed at the Suites for the 2nd time and it was even better than last year. The view is spectacular, the staff is attentive and the food is the best. Great room service and wait staff on the beach. Entertainment staff are friendly and the shows are good. The entire complex is clean- plenty of security as well. New this year is a 2nd hut for rental of sea kayaks, hobie cats and windsurfing between the Suites and the Grand.

We really enjoyed our vacation at this hotel. If you go to Jamaica on Saturday, be prepare to wait at least two hours on the line at the airport for custom. It was so crowded and we waited three hours. We got the hotel after 15 minutes drive which was very nice. The girl at the reception was so friendly. She gave us a big room, with two beds and one sleeper sofa and a big balcony on 3rd floor. ( Room 4317) every room has ocean view more or less. Don't worry. But the rooms on 3rd and 4th floor have better views. They cleaned the room and changed towels two times a day during our stay. Even though there were a huge crowd at the airport, our hotel didn't seem so crowded. We know it was full. But everybody could find a place on the beach or at the pool, and we never waited for seating at the main restaurant. The ocean was wonderful. It was warm even at 7:00 am in the morning. There lots of fish in walking distance. They gave us snorkels free of charge for one hour. Nobody needs go far away to do snorkeling. it was in front of us. There wasn't to much waves which I liked most, and we could swim anytime we want. Kayaks, windsurfs and catamaran were free. My daughters did para-sailing, and scuba diving with my husband. They had a great time. Their scuba instructor Sinan was great. Thanks for drexel divers for this experience. Internet was important for us, and it was free. There was wi-fi at the lobby area, and the ethernet cable was provided by customer service for in room use free of charge. We definitely advice this hotel everyone.

It was an incredible honeymoon on October 22, 2011. We arrived and as soon as we communicated we were initiating our honeymoon they upgrade our room...OMG what a beautiful room, blacony was right in front of the beautiful pool and the beach.........comfortable bed, room service included and the price incredible....this year for our first wedding anniversary we are planning to go back to the same hotel.....wonderful

The food was good but the grounds and staff were top notch!
