Iberostar Grand Rose Hall Adults Only All Inclusive

This was one of the very best vacations I've taken in a long time. The resort was just what I'd imagined and perfect for the rest and relaxation that I was seeking. My roommate and I plan to bring our husbands the next time and they can't wait.

We went for some R&R from the everyday. This resort offered first class service from its amenties and staff. There were many things to do there but we only took part of the shows at night, and the beach and pool by day. I would recommend this place to couples and groups.

We arrived a little early, around 11:45 am, before check in which is 3:00 at most hotels. But here, we were immediately welcomed with champagne cocktails. They popped our little bracelets on and sent us off to the lunch buffet while our room was readied. The staff was so friendly. The service was exceptional. The pool was lovely, with many seating areas where you could choose shade or sun. The beach was just as nice. And the great thing about this property is that it gives you reciprocal rights to the other neighboring properties, which are a little more lively. We went next door to the night club every night. And DON"T miss out on the night time snorkeling trip to the "luminous lagoon." The boat ride over can be a little rough, but it's so worth it. The water has some sort of phosphorescent micro-organism in it that causes this green glow when it's moved about. You swim and the motion causes this green glow to appear. One of our guides jumped off the boat with a splash and the water around him just lit up! You will be amazed. Make sure you go to the gourmet restaurant while there. It's really special. Let your butler set up all your restaurant reservations. He can really make life easy for you if you let him. Not that life at that resort isn't easy enough! It costs more, but it's worth it. For a crazy shopping/negotiating experience, venture down past the last resort and haggle with the vendors for Jamaica trinkets. They do have some really nice hand carved statues, bowls, platters, what nots. And some of the jewelry is kind of cool. And do take advantage of the golf that is included. I don't golf, but my husband does, so I just rode around in the golf cart, and the caddy was wonderful. Gave him great tips for each hole (which provided beautiful scenery!), and a little history lesson. The spa is really nice and the "wellness pool" is fun to take a dip in. It's a gigantic hot tub. What else can I say? It was wonderful, and we plan to go back next year.

We were there for 5 nights and they was no need to leave the resort. The Food was fantastic and the pool wonderful. Just a couple of suggestions is that they get more pool chairs. Overall it was a great expierence!

Been to Jamaica three times before this is is best Resort in Jamaica, Excellent food and service.

We are not world travelers. Have been to Cancun, Punta Cana, Puerto Rico and others. The Iberostar Rose Hall Grand Hotel was by far the best resort we have stayed in. Cleanliness, Hospitality and Friendliness are their number 1 priorities and they deliver on all counts.

This was our first all inclusive and we will never do anything different again! The staff was always wonderful and very accomodating. The rooms were gorgeous and the ocean view made it even better! Thanks for the upgrade! Had a fun time on the luminous lagoon tour and the sunset was breathtaking!Relaxing on the beach was top notch. We met several people that were a lot of fun to hang out with......thanks for all of the laughs [...]! The beautiful property, all of the people and, of course, my new husband all made for an unforgettable honeymoon!

At the Iberostar GRAND resort and spa in Rose Hall Jamaica, everything there is GRAND. You are treated like a Queen from the moment you walk into the grand lobby with the marble floors. Everyone is there to help, assist and make your trip the grandest. Because at the Grand, you can have whatever you want.There is 24/7 butler service. You need a bath drawn, it is done at the time that you want it. The best butlers in the world, [...] and [...]. Potatoe chips are delivered daily to your room. There is a refigerator in the suite filled daily with soda, beers, wines ( white & red), beers, liquors and water.The maid service is priceless. Room cleaned daily. Never anything to complain about. Turn down bed service each evening. Chocolates on your pillows. Oh yes, a pillow menu to choose the pillow that suits you.Need dinner reservations at one of the 4 restaurants, call or stop by the conceirge service. [...] is my girl. Very helpful. I always got a dinner reservation on the day that I wanted it.The gourmet restaurant was not good. They should change it to an authentic Jamaican restuarant. Why not? We are in Jamaica. [...] will make it happen.The spa treatment is wonderful. Ask for the Orange Scrub by [...]. You will walk out of the spa after this treatment and think that you have died and gone to heaven. Do it more than once.Go to the beach. Very clean. The water is aqua. Clear and the fish swim at your feet.The entertainment staff are very talented, They will make you laugh every day. ocean aerobics. beach bbq. steel band. Shout out to [...] and the boys they know who they are. Play in the sun, enjoy the breezes but stay at the Grand Iberostar Resort and Spa over and over again.Meet people from around the world, make new friends and memories. This is the place for the adult. if you want you can go to the other 2 properties down the beach. There is never a dull moment and yes I'm making reservations for next year,same time and place.This place is the best. I stayed at Beaches, their first hotel 2 years ago. All I can say is once you go GRAND, you never go back. Security officers and bellman are fantastic. [...] the bartender makes a mean drink.

This was our BEST trip ever. The hotel was superb. The hospitality of the staff was impressive. We can't stop talking about what a great time we had. We can't wait to go back.
