Iberostar Grand Rose Hall Adults Only All Inclusive

Very nice hotel overall. Highly recommend this hotel. Things to know: pool is a little chilly, buffets are terrific, ala carte restaurants are not so good and require reservations. Staff is very friendly. Bartenders are a hoot. The facility consists of three hotels next to each other. The Grand is adults only and most exclusive. Hotel mgt does a pretty good job keeping people where they belong. Prime seating around the pool is competitive. Prime spots are gone by six am.

I researched hotels for several months and decided on the Iberostar Grand Rose Hall. We celebrated my wifes 40th birthday here and it could not have been better. Our butler had turned our room into a "Birthday" oasis with rose pedals, champagne and chocolates. In all the food was incredible and the beach was unmatched. Very nice resort for adults only!

What makes this hotel very special is the amazing friendliness of the staff. You get the sincere feeling that they get pleasure from making your stay most enjoyable. There is not one aspect of service that is not greeted with a smile and welcome assistance. The accommodations are magnifiicent. You walk into your junior suite and are struck by the size and layout. Bed, linen, chaise, marble bathroom, balcony couch... all first class. The only criticism is the food. It is presented as five star but the flavor etc fall short. Actually 3.5 at most. But all in all a "will go back" experience

Jamaica is great and this hotel made it even better. It's a true luxury resort and offers all amenities you would expect from a resort of that class. The rooms are large and clean, the room service is 24 hours and you can even get sushi. They have 4 restaurants + 2 buffets, plus you can use any restaurant from 2 other properties they own that are just a few minutes walk on the beach or you can ask for a ride in a golf cart. There is free wifi (in this hotel only, NOT the other properties) in the lobby and FREE WIRED internet in the rooms.

Everything was great, did not need the butler , but he was there just in case. The only problem I had was that the beach is not really that long for a short run. The food was awesome, especially in the Gourmet Restaurant. The drinks were very good and they had all the name brand alcohol you would expect. I am definitely going back to another ADULTS ONLY Iberostar again.

it was the most relaxing 7 days of our lives. good food, plenty of pool and beach side lounge chairs to go around. hated to go home.

We were greeted with champagne and immediately upgraded to an ocean view room, which was a great way to start our vacation. Our butler promptly introduced himself and made sure we had dinner reservations for the next few nights. Only downside was that it was low season so not all restaurants were open each day. Rooms were immaculate and luxurious, pools were inviting and beach was beautiful. Staff goes above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of all guests. Definitely going back to an Iberostar property!

We stayed at Iberostar Grand last year at the same time and we enjoyed it so much that we came back this year, All our old friends were there (staff) and we were greeted with a smile. We plan to go back next year again.

Very classy. Staff were friendly, dining was fantastic. Personal butler was not readily available, but someone (concierge or front desk), was able to help. Very relaxing place with great food ... both local and from around the world. If you stay on this resort ,which is quite possible because it may have everything you want/need, you will not get an authentic Jamaican experience. Nothing's perfect, but this hotel is trying to get there!
