Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort Montego Bay All Inclusive

The place was better than what I expected. The Staff was just under excellent. Rooms and rest of facilites were clean and up to par. Food was good and there was plenty food to go for seconds. Breakfast food is repetitive but really how much variety can you have for breakfast? Lunch and Dinner has some variety but again the food taste really good. Drinks, were decent. Cheap alcohol was used, no premium liquors available and servings were somewhat small so I suggest you buy a mug from the artcraft guys in the water. No drinking water available in the rooms. You must go to the gift shop they have and buy your 1 gallon of water for $5. They say tap water is safe to drink but I prefer bottled water, so it's up to you. Wi-fi will cost you an arm and a leg, try $15 per day or $30 for 3 days if you have your own laptop. If not you can use their PC and pay $5 for 15 minutes. You want to get your drink on, go ask for Rayon at the bar by the main pool, he is fun to talk to and he will take care of you. Just give the guys a nice tip and you'll have a great time. Great place for family with children. Lots of activities for children. Overall I give the whole experience a B+. But for the money we paid, I would give it an A+. I would defenitely recommend it.

As we were checking in at the Holiday Inn, someone came over from the bar to give us tropical drinks. From that point on, the service was terrific. They responded very promptly to any requests we had. They were very helpful in everything, and seemed genuinely disappointed in themselves when they couldn't remember our names after the third day.

The Holiday Inn Sun Spree was more than I expected, everything was perfect from the moment we arrived, have never had such good service, I went with a friend and we both had the best time ever, Now that I've told my husband how great it was he wants to go next time, and if I was traveling with children this would be a good place to take them, The staff was great with them, we even enjoyed watching all the games and how they entertained the kids, there was something going on all the time. The food was good the drinks were excellent, What a trip!!!!

The Holiday Inn SunSpree Montego Bay was - amazing. We only stayed one night - October 8-9, but it happened that we were there on the day the resort re-opened to the public. We were brought rum punch drinks the moments we pulled up in our cab and starting walking to the front desk to check in. Upon check in, we discovered the room was nice, large, clean, and had a balcony over looking the pool. Although the food selection wasn't the greatest at the buffet restaurants, what they did have was good. The staff there was all extremely friendly and helpful. It does seem to be a family oriented place, so if you're going for nightlife you may want to get something on the Hip Strip closer to the action.

Stayed for 4 nights as planned. Great food, friendly staff, rooms are clean, recommend the updgrade for view rooms, rooms were clean and adequete for price, good choices of adult area , kids area and quiet areas at beach. limited wine selection at meals. Note: We went for a vacation with our children (in 20's) to relax and enjoy the sun. Holiday Sunspree did that and it was a great trip. Vendors came on site to sell their products and was very well organized. Went scuba diving with staff- great experience- staff was very profesional and safety minded.

The rooms - food was good at the buffet - we were there between Oct.10th - 17th and there was only one other restaurant open upstairs and it was very good! The bars are nice and clean and food there is good! There is shopping across the street from motel - we went across there 2 or 3 times - WATCH CROSSING THE STREET!!!! - you can get a good deal with them - at first you will feel funny because they bug you but after a while you get use to it and just say no thanks or I have allready been in your store! I am not really a kid person but the kids there were very well behaved and you could easily get away from them by going to the adult pool area! We rented a car from across the street for 2 days and seen Negril and Ocho Rios - this was an adventure - if you are a nervis driver this is not for U. Remember they drive on the other side of the road and they are WILD drivers - My boyfriend drove and by the time we got to our 1st destination I had a headache! No JOKE it was crazy!!!! U can go to Magaritaville on a free bus from the Motel -one night we went with 3 other people that we had met - be sure to go with others it is a little scary at 1:00am waiting for your bus half cut standing on the street with strangers and people coming up to you to sell things! DONT MISS THE BUS!! All in all it was a great experience - we felt we had seen and done alot in the 7 days we were there - Oh We went to Rose Hall which was a disappointment because they wanted 20US per person - so we left! I can't think of anything else! you will have a good trip - doesn't matter what your plan is - laying on the beach the hole time or keeping active - if you want active there are lots of side trips you can go on! I was worried about what kind of booze they would have but they have everything so don't take vodka like I did and then find that they do have it - its not great high end booze but it will give you a buzz! The Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort was a great vacation destination. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. There was plenty to do and there was never a problem with food everything went very smooth and easy i would definitly recomend this resort.

Holiday Inn Sunspree resort in Montego Bay Jamaica was a great trip and well worth the money. This was a girls getaway and we had a great time. The all inclusive feature was a great option, you don't have to worry about anything except having a great vacation, no worries about where to eat or how much money you would need for a meal. The beach and pools were wonderful. Very helpful staff. Great vacation!!

THE PEOPLE IN THE HOTEL WERE VERY NICE AND THE FOOD, THE PLACE. WE WERE THERE FOR 4 DAYS AND IT WAS GREAT NO COMPLAINTS.

This was our first trip to Jamaica and we were greeted at the check-in line with Rum Punch and Fruit punch, a wonderful treat after a long day traveling. The staff all went out of there way to help us settle in and even kept on top of our 'late - not lost' luggage. The hotel amenities are wonderful, I recommend taking the glass bottom boat out to snorkel! Even if you stay on the resort property, there is so much going on, you will never be bored. There are 3 reservation-only restaurants. We only made it to two, but both were very good. My issue with the reservations was that you had to go in-person at 3pm to make the reservations for the following night and you never kept track of time, so it was difficult to do that. This is a family oriented resort, but my husband and I never were really conscious of too many kids or disruptive kids, even though there were lots of little ones running around, in the pools and at activities. The bartenders are all amazing and will make whatever you ask for, just make sure to know your favorite drink ingrediants... sometimes they wouldn't know how to make something.
