Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort Montego Bay All Inclusive

The Holiday Inn Sun Spree Resort was like most Holiday Inn Hotels in terms of room size and comfort. The staff worked hard to keep it clean. There were daily activities for kids of all ages. Shopping was right across the street. If you don't mind making dinner plans, there were several options in addition to the daily buffet. There was food available at the buffet for kids of all ages.

The Holiday Inn Sunspree in Montego Bay,Jamaica has numerous activities for the entire family. My son enjoyed tennis, miniature golf and the playground which is even accessible at night. For adults who would like to explore the island without the children, the kids club will keep your children happy and occupied.

Our stay at the Holiday was great. The hotel was very large with many activities to do. The food was good with a good variety. The entertainment staff were very friendly and fun. The only draw back was the ocean was very rocky with not alot of space to swim, although they offered a snorkeling trip at the hotel for a small price that was well worth it. We had a great time and would recommend this hotel to our friends.

Holiday Inn Sunspree was exactly what I needed to recharge. I went down to Jamaica to relax for a long weekend and I was allowed to do just that! The beach areas are beautiful, the pools are well kept and it was really nice to have the option of going to the adults only pool. I ate at 2 out of the three restaurants requiring reservations and was impressed. The buffet also offered a good selection of food and nobody seemed to think it odd that I was traveling alone. All the rooms have balconies, which is great for when you just want to unwind while listening to the birds, frogs and the waves. I would go back in a heartbeat.

RESTAURANTS AT HOTEL WERE GREAT WITH A LARGE VAREITY, PLENTIFUL PORTIONS AND IT BREAKS UP THE BUFFET THEME EVERYDAY. GREAT FOR RELAXING AND FAMILY ORIENTED. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PARTY HARD EVERYNIGHT, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. POOLS AND HOT TUBS WERE GREAT (3). SHOPPING IS CLOSE BY AND VENDOR DAY IS TWICE A WEEK AT THE RESORT SO YOU DONT HAVE TO LEAVE. BEACH PARTIES WERE COOL TOO. DRINKS WERE JUST LIKE THE US BRANDS.

Stayed for 4 nights as planned. Great food, friendly staff, rooms are clean, recommend the updgrade for view rooms, rooms were clean and adequete for price, good choices of adult area , kids area and quiet areas at beach. limited wine selection at meals. Note: We went for a vacation with our children (in 20's) to relax and enjoy the sun. Holiday Sunspree did that and it was a great trip. Vendors came on site to sell their products and was very well organized. Went scuba diving with staff- great experience- staff was very profesional and safety minded.

The Holiday Inn Sunspree is a great place to stay. The waitstaff is very friendly and attentive to your every need. The room was clean, and everything worked fine. Tuesday night was Jamaica NIght which featured a cook-out on the beach at the Seabreeze restaurant, and a similar beach party (with a larger variety of foods) on Friday evening. The other two restaurants were great (Capuccino's and Tratoria). Sailor's (buffet restaurant was prety good-we always found something that we liked, and their breakfast offerings were always good). There were plenty of beach chairs to be had (get them early), and a small island you could wade out to for maximum Carib sun exposure. The only down-side of the beach experience was possibly the swimming: the water was very shallow almost everywhere and there were large sections of sea kelp that you could easily wander into. There are, however two other very nice pools (Big Smaddy's swim-up bar) if you feel the need to do any serious swimming. The Jerk Hut was the best: drinks and their famous Jerk Chicken. You have to try it! All in all I felt we received a lot of value for our money, any would defineately go back here again. I would highly recommend this hotel for families (plenty for the kids to do), couples (do as little or as much as you wish) or singles (the witches disco is open until 2 am). Go across the street to interact with the locals at least once. And check out the guys elling the wood carvings on their boats just outside of the hotel limits. Enjoy!

The Holiday Inn Sunspree was a decent hotel. It's very family friendly but also has an adult pool with swim up bar in a more secluded area if you want to be away from kids and just relax. The buffet food was okay but I would recommend making reservations for dinner in one of the restaurants at the hotel. The hotel made a small attempt at entertainment but much is to be desired. Very little effort went into their daytime and night time entertainment. I've been to other resorts that have evening shows that amazed me and was looking forward to that again but was very disappointed with what was presented. Kids seemed to enjoy the entertainment but since they're not the ones paying for the stay I think that they should aim to please adults much more than they did. Overall the resort was okay but I would chose somewhere else if I were to go back to Jamaica without a family.

This was a very family oriented hotel. Staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Food was good and the options to eat at the various other places were good. The beach was excellent as well as the daily entertainment.

My stay at Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort Montego Bay All Inclusive was excellent. Checking in hwas sort of rocky. But afterwards I must say it was smooth sailing from there. The staff was the best, they were so friendly and pleasant. I had the best time ever. They kept me laughing and smiling. The rooms were very well kept as well as the whole hotel altogether. I have recommened this hotel to all my friends and family members. I feel that a majority of the staff went above and beyond. EXCELLENT!!!!!!!
