Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort Montego Bay All Inclusive

THE SERVICE WAS MORE THAN GREAT THE PEOPLE DID THERE VERY BEST TO MAKE SURE WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WE SURE DID THE FOOD WAS GREAT THE ROOM WAS ALWAYS CLEAN AND THERE WAS ALWAYS DIFERNT SHOWS AND THINGS TO DO FOR EVERYONE ON THE WAY TO THE HOTEL IN LOOKED LIKE A VERY POOR TOWN BUT ONCE WE GOT TO THE HOTEL WITH THE SERVICE AND THE FOOD EVERYTHING SEEMED OK I WOULD REALLY GO BACK TO THIS SAME HOTEL AGAIN.

This was one of the best vacations ever. Once I arrived, I was in heaven. What a wonderful place for family, singles, and couples.

My girlfriend and myself are both in our early twenties; this was our first trip to Jamaica. This hotel is about a 10min bus ride with NO traffic from the airport. This was great because the route there was less than stellar. We arrived at 11am and weren't able to check in till 3:30PM. From there on in, the trip WAS A BLAST!. The food selection was good, tons of things to do. Most of the kids keep to the pools which leave the beaches for a majority of adults. There are bars everywhere and they aren't greedy with the liquor! EVERYTHING you could want to do or try can be found on this resort! Overall, A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

The food was fantastic! We loved all the restaurants. Having it inclusive meant we munched all the time. We had drinks, too, and it was refreshing on hot days. The poolside bar was great. Our favorite was snorkling. We could walk right out of our room to the beach and use the hotel equipment. There was a sand bar our in the ocean. That's where we snorkled. The fish were brightly colored and so interesting. The hotel set up an excursion for us to Dunn Falls. We climbed the 900 feet to the top, and now we are five years younger! (That's what they say happens.) We loved the romantic evenings on the beach watching the beautiful sunsets. Everything was a dream come true!

The Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort was very nice. I was happy to walk in and see a nice big room that made a family of four happy. It was room to move around in and space to hang your clothes up and put a way. Where you eat every day is breath taking. Just to be able to look out at the water and look and listen at what is going on at the pool at the same time. I am telling all my family and friends to go there and enjoy what I enjoy and you will want too go back again. And the shopping across the street from the hotel is a big plus.

Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort, Montego Bay is a family friendly place to stay. The food and beverages were better then I thought they would be with the only exception being the wine. The white wine was undrinkable and the red was better, but not much. Stick with the beer and tropical drinks.

This would be a great hotel to stay at if you have little children, as the beach is very shallow. Although that was probably the only drawback for me as i wanted to actually swim, but couldn't. Had to swim in the pool. Also the beach has lots of sea grass...icky. Otherwise, was perfectly happy with the hotel. The food was fine, a little bland. Get burgers at the barefoot grill...yum. Cups are tiny, so if you want to drink bring your own larger cup. I could have drank more, but was too lazy to keep getting up for a refill (Maybe this is their thinking, save on alcohol as people don't want to keep getting up to go to the bar every 10 minutes). The nightly entertainment was hit and miss. i went to bed early and missed a great show one night, but then the next night stayed up hoping to see something good, but it was a house band playing american music. The room was clean with a great view of the ocean and the main stage/pool area, although if you over look that area it will be loud in your room due to music. You can ask for a quite area. Went trinket shopping across the street. Lots of little shops, had more than we needed. The people are agressive when you first walk across the street, was a little scary, but had no problems. Took the catamaran snorkling tour $60 per person. A van drove us to Sandals to catch the boat. In jamaica they call Sandals the baby farm (because of all the honeymooners), snorkling was not impressive, stops at margaritaville, then foot massages for the women and then learn a little jamaican dance. Very fun. Overall, happy with hotel. Would not stay there again because of the beach though. Great for families with children. Great for anyone if you don't care about swimming in the beach. Cannot use calling cards. Have to use credit card to call outside Jamaica.

My daughter and her girlfriend travelled with me to Montego Bay, Jamaica. Our accomodations were simple but more than adequate. There were two double beds, a dresser, television, room phone, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. Our room was on the third floor and had a balcony with an ocean view and view of the pool. The entire hotel was kept very clean. I never saw anyone tipping although I did for exceptional service. The location was about 5 miles from the Montego Bay Airport. There is a set charge of $25 dollars for taxi travel to this hotel. I recommend that you take group tours as taxis are very expensive.

Loved it. It was wonderfull, the Hotel staff was great. Never had been to Jamica before looking forward to going again and even bring the kids. The staff was great with the kids. The Hotel was great. I was very happy overall....

This was a very family oriented hotel. Staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Food was good and the options to eat at the various other places were good. The beach was excellent as well as the daily entertainment.
