clean rooms fun activities great fun for the 5 grandchildren they loved getting food,drinks and ice cream whenever they wanted. Buffet breakfast was great otherwise buffet just ok could use an upgrade in alcohol used jerk hut was great for the adults overall a great time had by all!

I never write reviews but felt I needed to share my experience as I read so many negative reviews leading up to my trip. We were four single 30 year olds on a budget in need of a relaxing Caribbean vacation and that’s exactly what we got. Food, drinks, sun and fun for a great price. Buffet: Was clean, had a good variety and I actually enjoyed trying all the domestic foods. Very good! The different meats were great and the coffee is amazing. They change up the menu each day. No coffee bar or mimosas for breakfast. Restaurants: We were only there 3 nights so could only get reservation for 3rd night. My friends tried the Italian and thought it was great. I watched the superbowl at a cute little beachfront party the hotel set up. Beachside food: AWESOME! Jamaican Jerk chicken hut was sooo good! Grilled cheeses were also delish. Drinks: Were flowing and rum punches were delicious. Bar opened a little late for us lushes though. =) Bring mugs to fill up. Room: Very basic but clean, with good AC, fresh towels, etc.. We did not have any problems with theft or feeling that our things were unsafe. Beach: As other reviews said, the beach is small and water is shallow but it’s beautiful and kept clean. If you like your long walks on the beach, you can't do that here. We went on a free sailboat ride which was fun. Chairs get filled very early. Staff: Everyone was friendly and accommodating. They do move a little slower but wasn’t a real issue. Check in: No issues at all! Greeted with a smile and fruity drinks! Night time entertainment: Was loud and not the best but they put a lot of work into it. Ended around 11:30PM and our room was overlooking the stage so it was sort of loud. No club on premise but free shuttles to Margaritaville in MB. Overall – we couldn’t have asked for a better time and we didn’t break the bank. Just don’t go expecting the Ritz Carlton or Sandals and you won’t be disappointed.

Resort is beautiful. Should be given a bit of a facelift but it is nice. Great place for the price you pay. Staff was amazing. Great place for kids.

This place has everything, good food beautiful gardens nice staff, decent rooms, wifi and more, it could be a problem getting a good beach chair when its peak season but just get a pool guys to take care of that and you take care of him it works....Great family place cant beat it for the price imo....

all of the staff was very friendly. They kept the whole area very clean. Love the spread out of the different beach areas. Buffet was o.k. . We enjoyed our stay very much. Would reccomend this resort to all ages and families .

The hotel itself has a few flaws such as the swimming zone is restricted to about 0.7m, you cant go any deeper so you cant really swim. As for watersports such as kayaks you cant take them out of the swimming zone so whats the point!! On my last day I wasnt allowed into the restaurant in the sleeveless shirt while all females were allowed to do so and so was I during every single day in the previous 2 weeks When I said this is discrimination they almost laughed, I explained that it was pouring with rain and I cant go back to get another shirt and they had no understanding for this at all. I went to reception to complain and they advised me to put my complaint in writing which I did on the spot and the reply from Manager has been NOTHING, they did not even bother to reply, so I am staying NEVER AGAIN at this hotel!!

This all inclusive resort offers the standard amenities plus local Jamaican breakfasts and native dinner on Jamaica night (oxtail, ackee and codfish, boiled bananas...yum). What's the point of going to another country and not getting a taste of its culture? The omelette station lines can get long but that's because the chefs do a good job of giving you a fluffy circle of eggs with fresh ingredients at the end. The beach is a little rocky, very shallow but it's well maintained. Beautiful ones are in Negril. Overall good value for average property.

Went with friends. This is a family hotel so we didn't expect it to be good for singles, but we had a great time. The Bartenders: Paula, Orett, Husane, and Raymond were so friendly. There was entertainment at night: kareokee in the lobby, pub with DJ, and outside band until 11pm. The pool and hot tub is open all night, so you can bring drinks and go for a late night swim. There is a free shuttle to town for shopping and clubs. The rooms were clean. There was food at all times through out the day, you will not go hungry. After the buffet and restaurants close, the pool bar opens with burgers until 1am. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and entertain you. If you are looking for a 5 star resort , this is not the place, but if you are looking for a fun relaxing hotel, this is a great value for the money.

This is the first hotel we have stayed in that you could not hear any noise from the hall way, the air conditioner noise drowned it out. Seriously, if you want to complain about something you can find it no matter where you go. We enjoyed our stay very much and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The entertainment at night was good and the jerk chicken at the "Jerk Hut" was super. 99 percent of the staff was friendly and helpful. The weather was wonderful. We can hardly wait to go back.
