Great amenities poor room quality

The room itself was musty and smells like a basement. It took four hours to get a towel when the maid didn't leave enough and it took five hours for a bottle I water after the mini fridge wasn't filled. The pool is amazing though and there are so many food options.

Jamaica

Hotel experience was pretty good, the staff was nice, always tried accommodating you and any issues you had. One thing I didn't like was the dress code for men in the main restaurants they required long pants and when it's 90 and humid out that's extremely uncomfortable to sit in and enjoy a meal...

Great Vacation

Grand Palladium is a very beautiful hotel in a great location. The entire complex is beautiful and the staff are super friendly. The food is delicious (especially at Poseidon and lotus flower) and the rooms are amazing, and the pools are beautiful. I would definitely go back to the grand palladium hotel group whether it is back to jamaica or one of their other locations and would definitely recommend this vacation to anyone!

Overall, pretty good. Fantastic views and good food, However, I was disappointed that I couldn't get a credit for a future stay because I had to check out a day early due to an error in booking. The hotel's interior shuttle service isn't timely so be prepared to walk a lot. That being said, I would still recommend it.

Looked great but dissapointed

Have gone to many all inclusive. It was definitely an under performer. Most likely because of the Easter holiday and being near capacity. I wouldn't go back.

Very hot without air

The hotel room was great and very comfortable temperature wise but all the places to eat were very hot and uncomfortable. It was so hot that while just waiting to order we were literally sweating. It was hard to even eat while your sweating and you couldn't take any food to go. There was not much of a night life but we think that was due to lack of air in the bars. It was too hot to just sit there and drink. The hotel room fridge was always stocked daily but it never got cold so it was kind of pointless. Other than that the pool was fabulous same with the spa and the staff.

6 cool people - one great time

overall this is a good resort to stay in jamaica, i would go there again. location is okay, but you cant walk to anywhere, you must take a taxi/car/driver. ask for o'neil if you need a drive, he will hook you up.
