Relaxing Vacation

We just returned from Jamica staying at the Grand Palladium. The resort was amazing. The employees were friendly throughout the entire resort. I Have traveled to a lot of resorts and I will honestly say that the staff here sets the bar extremely high. The food was excellent as well. The Pina Coladas were amazing! Take a large cup because they do serve them in very small cups. Spa services were outstanding. The pool is beautiful! I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who wants to get away for a relaxing vacation. Be sure to try the jerk chicken at the hut on the beach!

Jamaica Family Getaway

It was a great experience except for the fact their are no elevators. Once elevators are installed, this will be a top notch facility.

Good for the price

Pros: food/drinks, resort activities, pool, great atmosphere Cons: room has not been cleaned for 2 days, horrible customer service, no wi-fi in the room, you have to walk to lobby to get poor/slow connection, beach not so good (small), no comfortable matresses and pillows.

12th Year Anniversary Trip

My husband and I had an awesome time at this establishment! The only thing we were a little saddened about was the weather (hurricane season), but that was out of our hands!!! There were many excursions to choose from...However, if you wanted to stay on the property, there was more than enough to do! Our favorite food there was the jerk chicken offered along the beach...Yummy!!! Overall, I would recommend this resort and we will stay there again in the future!

Awsome time

What a great honeymoon. We booked our trip back in February for our september honeymoon. I read many reviews and people really bashed this hotel on some reviews and others really loved it. I went for the median and rolled the dice. I was very pleased the ride from the airport to the resort was nice. Once we got ther we were given a comped drink. We checked in but our room was not ready figuring it was 10 am. So we got our all inclusive wrist bands got a drink and hit the beach. The main pool was under construction on one side but the main part was still open and it was great. the beach was nice every pool was clean and well maintained. The grounds were very cleaned and well maintained. The staff were all very nice and willing to help. I never had any issues with not being able to be helped. The food was good the buffets were well stocked and they changed the lunch and dinner buffets everyday. The ala carte restaurants were very good. Room was nice and spacious very clean and nice. I would recommend this resort for a honeymoon couple they are in a very good spot.

Money-saving tip: Not Applicable

We were at the hotel for 7 days which was great but I think a 5 or 6 day trip could have done the same as the 7. By day 7 we had run out of things to do.

Great Resort

Me and my husband stood 7 days and had a great time. The staff is really friendly, fun and helpful. The food was pretty good, we liked the fact that there was a variety of places to choose from when it came to food. We felt like we were in paradise. I will definitely go again. Were planning to make a trip to the same place next year and we plan to invite our friends and family and go in a group. You definitely get your moneys worth at this place I would definitely recommend for others to go Now I will always love Jamaica!
