Work and play at business friendly Kingston hotel in financial district

Nice place to stay
When I arrived at hotel the room was not ready and I have to wait for long time before it was ready. They gave me a room which I not booked. The staff was friendly. Location was good and hotel was good.

Nice hotel!
I flew to Jamaica to attend my friend's wedding. People at the hotel were nice. I only had two issues. i had a hard time finding a place to eat, they close the restaurant at 10:00am and then the poolside was the other only place open, but they didn't serve food until 11:30, so it was a little frustrating to be starving and not have a selection of places to eat around it. I ended up getting room service and the food was very good. The second issue was that the suvenier shop was closed and there were no nearby shops that i felt comfortable walking to. on the other hand, i did enjoy my room. The room was super clean and very nice and comfortable. I felt that security was really high in the hotel, so i felt very safe in it as well. Overall, my hotel experience was great. I would recomended for a short stay.

Good Review of the Wyndham
I enjoyed my stay. The staff was quite warm and welcoming. When I return to Jamaica I will probably stay at this hotel.

As a business hotel it is good. The staff are amazing but they are very few things to do at the hotel.

Beautiful Hotel Experience
The front desk staff was patient and very courteous. Overall the hotel was very clean and the rest of the staff was very accommodating, The hotel is centrally located to night clubs, resturants and other places of interest. At checkout my flight was not for several hours, and the front desk staff allowed me for no extra charge to stay in my room until it was time for me to leave. The Wyndham Kingston will now be my hotel of chioce.

Great location.
Due to various issues, I had to change rooms 3 times. The first 2 rooms were in the villa opposite the Green Market cafe, they are out-dated and musty. If you stay at the Wyndham, get a room in the tower, those rooms are great. The staff was pleasant and the amenities were fantastic.

There are some fantastic restaurants within walking distance. There is a jerk place across from Emancipation park. Reasonable prices.

Short Business Trip
My business colleagues told me this hotel used to be a Hilton. It looks like an old Hilton combined with a couple Motel 6's (outside rooms by the pool.) My room was in the tower. It was comfortable enough, but the TV did not work, even after informing the staff and being assured it would be fixed. I had two very long workdays in Kingston, so luckily I just needed a place to sleep, which is what I got.
