Provided all that we needed for our stay: comfortable bed, good bathroom and quiet location. Stay was too short to utilise the varied facilities of the hotel.

needs a serious face lift
This hotel is in a great location (really quiet residential neighborhood, close to city center) but it does not deserve the four stars it sports on the front door. It deserves at most three. Spotty carpets, old room equipment, bathroom door that does not fully close, no sound insulation, smell of smoke when somebody smokes in the next room (according to housekeeping all rooms are non-smoking) make it bearable for a couple days at most. On the upside - good breakfast, friendly staff, easy parking. Before you stay, make sure they have made renovations.

Stayed 2 nights in the hotel. We had booking for the Opera at the arena on the first night and were pleased that the hotel offered a free bus service to and from the Arena as it was about a 40 minute walk from the Arena. Very good breakfast each morning.

Very Very nice hotel. Only stayed
Very Very nice hotel. Only stayed one nigth but would have stayed much longer. A bit outside of the centre of the town but well within walking distance.

Friendly, helpfull and competent
Friendly, helpfull and competent staff in all respect. The location was perfect, not far away from the railwaystation, footballstadion and piazza san Zeno with at couple of nice restaurants.

Ok für eine Nacht! Wellness und Bad gegen Aufpreis! Restaurant geschlossen!! War eher unbefriedigendes Hotel

Globalement les prestations sont
Globalement les prestations sont conformes au descriptif sur lequel on peu se reposer pour opérer un choix en toute quiétude; c'est un hôtel agréable . Seul bémol,le pdj buffet relève plus d'un 2* que du 4* auquel il prétend : pas d'oeuf , jus d'orange "chimique",un seul type de pain de qualité primaire ... Au niveau équipement pour un 4*, on pourrait s'attendre aux WC séparés de la sdb.Bien vu le parking souterrain (à 9€). avril 2009

Hotel nuovo, pulito, molto con
Hotel nuovo, pulito, molto confortevole. La camera matrimoniale deluxe è molto ampia e di recente ristrutturazione. Il bagno grande con vasca idromassaggio e doccia idromassaggio molto bello e accogliente. Personale disponibile a rispondere ad ogni richiesta, colazione abbondante e di qualità (a parte i succhi di frutta). Parcheggio pubblico disponibile in loco, e garage privato che non ho utilizzato. Posizione un pò fuori dal centro ma con una passeggiata di 20-25 minuti ci si trova in pieno centro. Consigliata l'auto.
