The location of this hotel is excellent as it is within walking distance of the railway station and also walking distance of the historical centre including the arena where the operas and other performances are staged. The reception was friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good including lots of fresh seasonal fruit. We were very happy with our stay.

Extra charge for 2nd person
The hotel room was nice and close to the train station and center of Verona. They have bicycles for use which was very fun. Upto checkout, I was told that the room was paid for only 1 person and that I had to pay an additional 13 Euro for the second person. I was not happy and there was no manager on duty.[...]. And we requested a 7am wake up call that was never made : (

Clean, attractive, convenient
The hotel is located on a wide, well known street, slightly south of the middle of town. We drove to Verona and from the location convenient for driving to the airport, but also convenient for walking around the core of Verona. The arena, the big Roman job is nearby, as is shopping and Juliet's famous balcony. Parking is very resistive, but there were two lots close by. We were in six hotles in Italy on this trip and found the Firenze's internet the best of them all. The air conditioning worked better than most and the interior room decor was fresh. The hallways were quite as well. The English spoken by the staff was much better than average. The breakfast was the most complete and freshest of any we had on the trip.

Great
Great location (in between train station and downtown, 15 minute walk or $10 taxi tops). The hotel is small but the room are very new, very spacious, great new amenities and super clean. I stayed at 7 hotels in past few weeks in Italy in this price range and this was by far the best.

Weary traveler
Perfect
After spending almost two weeks in hotels across Italy, all of which were very good, it felt like coming home to Best Western. We went to Italy intending to avoid all chain hotels and stay in locally-owned places. However, because of the location of the Hotel Firenze, and it's nearness to the train and city center, we made an exception. We were not disappointed. The hotel was wonderfully clean, the rooms were well-lit and tastefully decorated, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was wonderful. We would hearily recommend Hotel Firenze to weary travelers looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay!
